✗ FunctionalThis app does have the FAR and works independent of internet access. That was my main reason for paying for the app. However, there are some issues that make it difficult to use. Some of the text formatting doesn't follow the outline structure of the FAR's (paragraph (a) is immediately followed by sentence (1) on the same line) which can make difficult finding the topics. Could be much better if the referenced sections and parts were hyperlinked for easier navigation. Bookmarks would be helpful..MeganT2009Version: 1.14
