This app is straight-forward and has some of the most commonly-used and referenced items in the ED. While geared towards residents and students, I find useful stuff in this app all the time. I am an ED nurse, with 12+ years of experience working in a Level I Trauma Center and I am also now a NP student. So, I can speak from experience and definitely say that I find this to be a well-thought out app. It is useful, practical & provides so much education - for FREE! Can't go wrong. ✓ WowThis is my new #1 go to app. Over the past 2 years I have made several quick reference lists with all the stuff that I found missing from other apps, but I don't need EM anymore. This one has everything in one place with a superior user interface and the best search ability by far! You'll be able to quickly find everything from drip rates to PALS algorithms within second with minimal hunting and scrolling. Also, everything in the app has the references/sources footnoted at the bottom of the page so you can easily quote or double check where you're getting your information.
