Legimus is an app for reading talking books and talking newspapers in your phone or tablet. Legimus is issued by the Swedish Agency for Accessible Media, MTM.
With the app you can:
- Find and add books
- Read offline
- Add bookmarks
- Write or record notes
To read and borrow talking books you need an account for borrowing and downloading books. Contact your library in Sweden for details and account. Only people who have a reading disorder can get an account. A reading disorder may be visual impairment, dyslexia or cognitive disabilities such as ADHD and Aspberger.
To read the newspaper you need a subscription. Get in touch with your newspaper and they will help you.

✗ Highlight colourCould you please have some better highlight colours for the text. For example pastel colours such as a pale/light orange with black text. This would match for example my Irlen lens/overlay for dyslexia. The current options are just bright colours which actually are really harsh on my eyes and I cannot use it. So I feel there could be more customisation for adjusting screen colour, highlight colour and text colour to a more sensitive colour screen. The colour options available are really old-fashioned. However I like the player overall, better than some of the other rival apps in Sweden. But it just needs to be more customisable in terms of more modern and user-friendly colours..Version: 5.10.2
