Almost perfectDoes exactly what it says. The one feature I would love to see is the ability to change the ultimate target from 200. Another helpful feature could be announcing the number of reps in each set. It's hard to workout while constantly having to look at the phone to remind yourself of the number of reps scheduled..Version: 3.1

Strong EnoughThis is not a bad app at all. It follows a set guide for improving core strength through sit-ups. My only qualm is how annoying the sounds are. I feel like I'm playing an old Atari game whenever the voice says "sit-ups" and "cool down." I can deal with sub-par audio, though. The app functions wonderfully and does everything it was built to do. I am very happy with it..Version: 3.1
