✓ Will charge againI just bought the whole packet. I had bought 3 or 4 single templates before. I was changed for the whole price again. Not all the templates are sleek and nice, but there are at least 10 that do look professional. That’s why I dediced to buy it after buying one by one… BUT I WAS CHARGED again for those that I’d bought before. Please fix this. Thanks Addendum: So this happened last year. This year (2018), the app is asking for more money if I want to open the templates that I paid for last year. They are charging $4.99 per template, and I paid for the whole packet. Plese do not buy this app. They will want to do this to you!.Version: 3.5.2
✓ Lovely but...The themes seem so beautiful, and could definetely be an attention grabber for my presentations, I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I’m just a school student. I can’t even afford one of the themes available. Will use a lot of themes if they were cheaper and/or free. (Could do the free thing for limited times e.g. holiday themes, etc.) The same goes for the Toolbox for Pages - Templates app (would type separately but I’m lazy). ✓ App keeps CrashingThe app keeps crashing. As soon as I open it, it fails and doesnt let me do anything. I am extremely mad as I have to do a presentation for tomorrow and this is restraining me from doing so. This is completly unacceptable as the price of this app was pretty pricey. ✓ They charged me againI purchased this app on November 2017.I paid for the full package. It was working good. I had to restore my computer. After restoration of my computer, I reinstalled it from the PURCHASED menu but, when i opened, they charged me again..Version: 6.2

✓ GRRR!I just went through a bunch of trouble trying to download their origami theme—from Canadas, of course—and it doesn’t appear that I have ‘purchased it,’ though it already registered on my Apple ID. ✓ Very useful, but...I have both Toolbox for Keynote and Powerpoint. it's very useful and handy, but the Keynote version crashes when clicking on Theme, Diagrams, and Logos on application menu bar. The problem still ramains even after last upates and I'm curious why developers did'nt do anything about it. my system is Macbook Pro 13, 2017..Version: 6.2
✓ DissapointedIts a shame that all of those lovely themes advertised in the app store are not part of the "free" deal, yes its a free app, but its simply free to download and look at all of the lovely themes that are $20 each. pretty disappointing to say the least. There are a few "freebies" in the app, but not of the same quality/level as those that are paid. So in short, unless your looking to pay $20 for each new theme, i'd give this app a miss..Version: 1.1
✓ Once app is closed, you have to repurchase every item!!! NIGHTMARE!I bought the package bundle for this app and had access to everything- worked well, such good quality designs, but once I had closed the app, when I reopened it I no longer had access and I now have to re-buy the entire bundle so that I can continue with my work which has this type of design all over it! ✓ Got HosedPurchased a theme. The samples for the theme were standard width. Paid. Dowloaded. Theme was wide only. I'm stuck with a projector/4x3 setup. Wide on that setup is simply too small to see in my large venue. Seems to me I got tricked. It won't happen again..Version: 3.7.4
✓ Change you storytelling...I do a lot of presenting of complex data and this Toolbox has changed the way I tell my ‘stories'. It’s so much easier to put things in perspective with the right graphics, and pictures do speak a thousand words! Just coming off a presentation where I managed to reduce 30 slides to 11 meaningful ones. Keynote has a lot of built in functionality but the presentations all start to look alike, especially since I work in a Mac-heavy environment. The only improvement I would suggest is the ‘searchability’ of assets in the software, I usually have to browse through a lot to pick the best fit for my decks, even a filter would help because there are so many assets to choose from. But thats a minor issue in the scheme of things. I never rate Apps and this is a first for me…I love it…get it!!.Version: 3.1.1

✓ Dated but useful in partsMost of the stock icons and flat icons are now very dated and most designs are American in taste and style. However, I've found it useful as a one-stop-shop for colour schemes and ways to present ideas in presentations..Version: 3.7.5
✓ If you are in Canada within App purchases won’t work!Downloaded the Toolbox app and like the theme sample within the app I could download for free. Tried to purchase the themes collection, and it charged my account but did not deliver them — issue with the Toolbox not linking to the Canadian store. ✓ Expects you to have design chopsThe template promises a lot and delivers literally nothing. All the templates are pre-made and you cannot use them in your presentation without major edits. When you try to edit them, the look, text, color, layout breaks. It is then that you will need a designer working with you to update these nice looking templates to look nice with your data. Unless you can want to use the templates as is without ANY change, these templates are a waste of money..Version: 3.6.1

✓ Works Nice But Has Major ShortcomingsIf you have some skill with keynote it’s a good program…BUT; they have a “report a problem” tab but it doesn’t work, so if you need customer service, that won’t happen. I purchased a bunch of logos and templates, but now it ignores that and wants to charge me again. Not amused. Also, updating to a new MacBook Pro and it again doesn’t recognise my purchases. Be aware you will likely have to re-purchase items in the app (I won’t.) And there is no customer service. It’s a shame because it is well designed and been a great product in the past..Version: 3.3.5

✓ Application bought and not functional after a month-poor customer service unable to sort things outI bought toolbox for iWork for $90 in December 2014, and the application was simply unusable after a month…I was unable to dowload templates as I was constantly asked to pay for the apllication again (??!!?).. even if the application was shown as “purchased” in the Appstore, I was systematically asked to repurchased it again each time that I was using the application. I have simply lost $90.. DO NOT purchase! I contacted the client services and they are simply unable to come up with a viable solution since more than a month now, this is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE.
