1. First, shut down the Objects, Portraits & People iPhone app and open it again.
   

   Any hiccups are usually cleared out of the app's cache when you restart it. To force close and relaunch the Objects, Portraits & People app on your iPhone, follow these steps:

   1. You can access the app switcher by making a vertical glide from the bottom of the screen to the center.
