✓ Rip offI originally purchased a ticket for 300 Turkish Libras and later company me an email saying that my ticket was “exposed” and therefore they were going to issue me a coupon. Not knowing the language and not received a ticket, I had to ask my receptionist to help. They app wanted me to repurchase a new ticket using a coupon code. My original ticket was no longer available. And the only ticket available where cheaper or more expensive. I ended up using the coupon to purchase a new ticket for 270 libras, and no credit was even offered. In other words, they made 30 Libras more by forcing me to buy another cheaper, awful seating and the risk of missing my original bus. This trickery smells like a cyber scam..DondestalexVersion: 12.7

✓ Bus Service stranded us at the middle of the night. DONOT USE IT IF YOURE NOT TURKISHWriting this review while stranded on a random bus stop at 1 am. Third day in turkey, Booked a night bus to izmir because this app had good reviews. My partner and I got on the bus at istanbul at 00:20 and at the next stop, two ladies got on the bus and told us that they have booked these seats. We showed the driver and the ladies our tickets and the driver told us to get off the bus and kept saying that he cant speak english so he cant give us a reason. I am super annoyed and frustrated but there’s not alot i can do right now because i dont know the language and this is my first time in turkey. Now i have to sit at a random bus stop at 1 in the morning until the next bus comes. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DONT LET THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO YOU. There is no customer service number that you can contact either.
