With RainDrop, you can:

- Put a virtual rain gauge anywhere on a map to see how much rain fell there.

- Determine if location is muddy based on how much it rained

- See if it rained more or less than usual. Are you above or below the average? RainDrop tells you.

The app provides estimates within a 1km x 1km radius of your pinned location, utilizing radar, satellite, and various rain gauges scattered across the United States. Also be aware that during windy rainstorms, your physical rain gauge readings may differ from these estimates. However, in conditions where rain falls vertically, the app's estimates tend to closely match your rain gauge.
