✓ Hazmat techThis corse has 507 questions to practice on. In the past, I have got through half way and set my phone down and it kicks me back to the beginning. Because of this, I wanted to get though all the questions and I spent the last 3 hours straight on the app. I got a text, answered it then went back to the app to find myself st the beginning. ✓ Helpful so far but not perfectI’ve been using this app to study for my state FFII exam. First of all, I HATE the scroll function to choose how many questions I want to take on my practice exam. Why would it start at 1497 and not 1??? Also, I do appreciate that there are page references for each question, but a short explanation for each answer would be nice (like the Pocket Prep Fire 1 & 2). Unless you take the time to pull out the book and look up every question, it’s basically just memorization without explanation. Hopefully this app helps with my test....Ki11j0y707Version: 1.6

✓ FrustratingMany questions in this app reference textbook pages and the “correct” answer in the app does not agree with the textbook. Also, many questions are incredibly vague. For example: “What does the letter A in PASS stand for?” It is not clear if they are referring to the Personal Alert Safety System or the acronym for using a portable fire extinguisher. Another example: “A radio is a type of? A) Communication device B) Public information system C) Sandwich D) Horseradish. The point is that both A and B are correct, but the question does not give enough information to determine which one they are looking for. I was extremely disappointed to discover after weeks of practice with consistent scores in the 90's, that this was not helpful, I should have simply not attended classes or purchased this guide and made a guess at the test anyway. ✓ Waste of time and money!This app is very good for knowledge of firefighting.I must of taken 30 tests on it and got mostly 80’s and 90’s for test grades. I just took the SCFD test , went in positive and left not feeling so good!! The app helped about 10% for the test. Very disappointing when the SCFD advertised it on there web pages and in the textbook. A big waste of time and money!!!!!!!!
