✓ Scam read read readI spent money on this product and it requires more money to make additional photos, while other apps ask you for a time purchase this app requires you to make additional purchase after making the initial purchase. I sent my money back refund!!! SCAM “We apologize, but we don’t give refunds to the original form of payment. Refunds are given in the form of credits to your Krome account to use on a future order.”.Version: 6.0
✓ Look for others- takes too long and is expensive!I used to absolutely love Krome when they started and would go to them with all pictures, but now they charge 12 bucks every time I want to just do a “light tummy tuck”. Plus it takes 24 hours to get the pics back! That’s ridiculous! I used a new app today (Retouch me) and it was just a couple bucks for several edits and you get the pic back in minutes! I’m officially making the switch!.Version: 6.2
✓ Was too good to be trueLooked great on App Store however I quickly realised they wanted money money money before your even satisfied or received a photo . Nice idea but the pop ups and demand for money upfront is off putting . I prefer to try before I buy and make sure I'm satisfied first.Version: 3.4.1
✓ Poor experienceNearly 3 weeks ago I started a project for a Father’s Day gift. The artist put SO much makeup on me (that I never asked for) that I actually came back with braces at one point. I had to email MULTIPLE times to get anyone’s attention. Finally on the 20th of June someone respond to me that they’d get it fixed. I have yet to hear back 4 days and another 2 emails later.
