✓ Articles will not downloadTried numerous times to open recent released articles, app just shows “loading”, very disappointing as I will retire in 30 days, after 30 yrs of service, and I am continually reminded how “technology” tied we are but still can’t get systems to work.Version: 2.7

✓ Typical lazy government appThe app is terrible. It's only function is to open a .pdf version of Army Echos. Instead of having something useful like links which take you to scalable articles that you can read on your phone, this 'app' just opens a document that you need two fingers to punch and squeeze and move around your phone to read. What is this, 1998? I wonder how much tax payer money was wasted on this useless app?.Version: 3.4.1
