✓ Rip offHigh times magazine is a rip off you will pay for a magazine subscription and never receive not even 1 magazine I have reached out to high times magazine via email phone calls. Even left a message for there HR department. No response back not refunded for my subscription or even a freaking email. ✓ Constantly forgetting my subscriptionRead a few issues and now I can’t read any more. I have an active monthly subscription. I’ll tried to restore subscription on the app several times over the past few days; nothing. This is honestly theft and Apple needs to step in. ✓ Won't workOne star since the app doesn't work. I have iPhone 6s with recent iOS 10 update and still doesn't work. I purchased a year script and it won't download on my iPad Air or iPhone. I contact customer service and was pushed to the app developer. The app developer couldn't resolve the problem so now I am pushed to Apple. I am the one who used my money to buy the app, so why am I having to run around and contact all these different people. You would think someone would be willing to help....or how about I get paid then if I am the one doing all the work to try and solve the issue....Version: 3.1
✓ Fix Your AppSomething is wrong with your digital platform. If I buy an issue through the app, the cover and all of the ads contained within will load no problem, but the moment you get to a page containing actual content, the articles within, I get “wheel of deathed.” The load wheel starts spinning amidst a white backdrop and no content ever loads. I have literally allowed it hours to process and no article will ever shows up. So basically you are paying money to behold a shiny cover and a flipbook of abs, but no actual substance, and I am very displeased, because it has been like this for over a year since I first downloaded it, and no one has fixed it..Version: 3.4

✓ Worst everDon’t bother wasting your time with this subscription. I got the subscription bc the language they use makes it appear as though once you subscribe you will have full access to the library. Not the case. It allowed me to download two random magazines, the Dec 2017 and the Feb 2019. I cannot read my issue of Dec 2018 and the amount of time I have spent trying to contact High Times to cancel my subscription and get my money back is also a GD joke. ✓ Disappointing (on iPhone)As pleased as I am to have access to HT in mobile form, I am very disappointed with the app design and usability. The design and navigation is clumsy, and the formatting of the context is pretty lousy. Some articles are in all caps. In those articles some letters are randomly lower-case. The biggest issue, however, is that the image spreads are shrunk to fit my screen and I can't zoom into them! On an iPhone 5 that makes it impossible to see the market stats or to read an advertisement I am interested in. I really really hope that you guys do some work on improving this app experience. Your magazine deserves it! If you need inspiration, please refer to the Bloomberg Businessweek app which does a great job of making their publication mobile-friendly, especially for small screens..Version: 2.0

✓ Purchase annual, charged!!Purchase annual subscription, charged and no electronic magazine. Every time I'd ever purchased from Newsstand I've gotten screwed over. Here again it happens I'll need to take time calling, filling out forms, going through major headaches to either get my money back or subscription working. Newsstand is Apple's biggest loser app, worse customer service from all providers including Hightimes. Frustrating to pay for a product and to never get it. So here I go... ✓ Issues won't download - Doesn't work!!!One star since the app doesn't work. I have iPhone 6s Plus with most recent iOS 10 update and still doesn't work. I purchased a year subscription plus an additional issue and it won't download on my iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 4 or iPhone 6S Plus. I reported the problem to Apple and was pushed to the app developer. The app developer hasn't responded to me after a week to try and resolve the problem so now I have to go back to Apple. I am the one who used my money to buy the app, so why am I having to run around and contact all these different people. You would think someone would be willing to help....or how about I get paid then if I am the one doing all the work to try and solve the issue...Just a side note - I think it is a bit crappy that Apple gets their hands tied and all they can do is refund money. Money that I wanted Apple to have - NOT Zinio. I know there is a rigorous process that App developers have to go through in order to have their app in the app store itself but that also means that they should always work and therefore Apple can tech support for them without Apple clients having to deal with a 3rd party company. Maybe Apple can re-look at how they manage apps that require in-app purchases (whether magazine subscriptions or in-game/in-app items)? I give my money to Apple directly as often as I can for app purchases on all my devices and I buy new iPhone and new iPad mini and iPad Air/Pro every time they launch. ✓ Very DisappointedI purchased a 1 yr. magazine subscription im Feb. of 2021 in early March of 2021 I decided it was not 4 me and i x’lld it. I’ve been waiting since for a refund of the unused portion of the subscription. I finally got in touch w/The office Mgr there Jean Daniels and she offered nothing but excuses and became defensive when i asked about getting my refund. She was also rude to me w.her tone of voice and mannerisms used. I x’lled it in early March today id June 9th and I still don’t have the refund.
