The only thing you need to do is to name the place, and if you want you can add some more detailed information and add a picture to the place. The location is determine from your current position and you can also see how accurate this position is when you are about to add a new place.

The idea of this app was born when me and my family had been out in a new area for mushroom hunting, and by accident found a great place with a lot of chanterelle. I looked around, and was pretty sure I could find my way back to this place a few weeks later when we came back. Well, I didn't and to not let this happen again, I developed this app. Hopefully it can help you too in your search for the golden treasure, or other delicious mushrooms.

✓ Many glitches have been fixed but could still use some improvementsI would like to be able to use different colored pins for different species and see the roads on the map. Would also be helpful to be able to see the full sized pics instead of just the little thumbnails. Great app overall. ✓ Just what I wanted!This is exactly what I had been looking for. Simple app to map new mushroom spots. The direction option is perfect! I hit a new spot and mapped where it was. The app brought me right to it and the photo optionshowed me the exact tree I was looking for. I rarely if ever give five stars for anything. ✗ Nice, but not perfectI love what you have going with this app so far, but it does have a few glitches. When creating a new item in the list section I have encountered several issues. 1st it won’t access my camera to “Take A Photo” even though I’ve looked in several places both in the app and in my phone settings to allow the app to access my camera. I can load an existing photo, but I would love to be able to take a photo right while I’m creating a new location. 2nd It won’t allow me to scroll down to and click on the “Add Mushroom Place” button until I select a photo which means I would have to add some random photo since it won’t access my camera to “Take A Photo”. 3rd it won’t let me switch from the metric system to the standard system.
