I’m annoyed with the fact that it was updated recently and all my shifts that I have put onto the app disappeared from two years ago. I kept that for record purposes. The Pro version has a lot of great features like being able to calculate hours between the dates you specify, multiple jobs, quick add for recent shifts and much more! It is a great way to organize multiple jobs, and keep track of all up coming shifts. With that said I believe there is room for improvement. ✓ I wish I could share the appAbsolutely love this app! It makes it really easy for me to know what my week/month looks like at a quick glance. I do a lot of shift work so seeing what days I work at a glance is amazing! Although it would be amazing if I could customize the symbol for the job not just change its colour as the colour tells me where I work and the symbol could be a day/night option for ease. The main issue I have with this app is that it’s not shareable. This would be the best app if my husband and I could both log in and add notes so he could see my chaotic schedule and book appointments/dates etc without having to ask my schedule. I love that I can type right in the calendar. The only thing I would suggest is bringing back the calendar lines/blocks whatever you want to call them. It just makes it easier to read and less jumbled. ✓ Such a Useful App!I’ve used this for all of my past jobs and am in love! I love that you can keep track of your hours and estimate your payheck! My only concern which is just a small bug is I schedule a shift to start at 10, for example, and have an alert set for an hour before. My schedule changes so I set the start time to 11. However I still get an alert at 9 that “My shift starts in an hour!” when it doesn’t start for two..Version: 1.6
✓ Life SaverThis app is absolutely awesome, I’ve used it since 2018 to track my hours for the different jobs I’ve worked at. I really like all the updates that have been released, especially with 3.2 because I can now track my hours on the Home Screen. If I had one negative thing about this app would be when trying to calculate hours, the current day and the “weekends” are the same color. It’s hard to tell what day it is when calculating hours. But other than that you guys have really outdone yourselves with this life saving app!!.Version: 3.2

Only downside is the size of the days are so small if you have a shift and even one note with it, you can’t view it all. Would be great to be able to have larger grid option down the track somehow, or click to magnify a day to show the whole list without going in to edit it. ✓ Weekend RatesLove the app! It is pretty much perfect for what I need and helps a lot with organising pay and my work life in general. Only thing I find annoying (which is pretty important to me) is that there is no option for an input of Saturday and Sunday rates. You can opt for holiday rates and overtime but with my casual jobs my Saturday and Sunday rates are different and therefore I can't workout my pay vey accurately. ✓ Great app. Would love to see some features…Great app would love to be able to: See where paydays & holidays are on the calculate hours tab so we can select cut off day to cut off day instead of having to switch to main page and remember the days. To be able to print times worked and calculated hours which would be great to show managers if we have a pay query. Perhaps full page calendar pdf export instead of limited screenshots/png share. If it’s possible, we can change the pay rate up to a certain shift period. Our minimum wage upgrades every year but if I update it mid month and calculate hours we will still get a full months calculation of the new rate which makes it harder to match with payslip. Unless I create a new job and set it to new annual pay rise. Also for users who get promoted in the same job will have same difficulty too. Ability to set when night rate time starts and ends for each job but not set as a multiplier but instead a rate. Maybe allow to change basic day rate then night rate. And of course add to the Mac App Store for M1 to get updates. Just some amazing updates I and I’m sure other users would love to see!.Version: 2.8

As a full time working RN the only thing I would suggest is there needs to be a way to edit different jobs to add in shift differential. For example there’s an added pay rate for 2nd shift versus 3rd shift, but with 12 hour shifts those collide. This makes it just an estimate for my pay on this app since I can only put in one pay rate per job. It would be helpful if under each job you could add pay rates based on different hours. ✓ Favorite work hour tracking appI absolutely love this app and it’s so accurate. It obviously does not track taxes but tracks gross pay and it’s very accurate. I’m able to track my hours and see what my gross pay will be before payday and it’s very helpful. With that being said, the user-friendliness and functionality for my needs are amazing. Definitely worth the price. My job schedule is all over the place - I'll work a set of hours one day and a different set the next. Example: 6-1, 7-3, 6-4, 9-12, etc. When I need to input next week's shifts, this app lists all of the previous hour groups so I can simply select one instead of entering each start/end time separately.
