✓ Animal Jam is AwesomeI’ve been playing AJ since 2022, February, and I’m absolutely in love with it. I love how you mixed fun entertainment and a social environment with education as well. The wide range of activities, the updates I can never wait for, and the great community of players all contribute to the amazing nature of the game itself. I don’t know what terrible game I’d be playing every day if WildWorks had never made Animal Jam. A few suggestions, though - could you make the AJHQ and Jambassador events at different times for different time zones? Because I can never join them - I’m always either at school or asleep (how am I meant to play at 2am?). Also, please don’t make too many things member-only. I myself renew my membership with sapphires every month, but I do think that too many simple things have been made member-only. And finally, please don’t make every good thing for real money. Other than that, though, I love the game and I’m looking forward to future updates. -Nss2012.Version: 92.0
✓ Love the game but…This game is awesome, I literally grew up with it spending hours on our old computer dressing my character up and playing competitions. The only thing is that I find it really hard to get sapphires. The only way I am able to really get them is playing games, but once you finish the the games your can’t refresh and get more sapphires. What would work is if you could TRADE gems and sapphires for items ( or gems an sapphires ). Other than that love the game, it holds very special memories to me 😊👍.Version: 67.1

✗ Why does it think I need to subscribe again?It won’t allow me to get any other app in the appstore due to your game asking me to pay up in a subscription for a month membership that I have already paid for. Every time I press download on an app it comes up with a billing notice. So what am I supposed to do?! Edit: CAN YOU PLEASE FIX IT?! I cannot get any other app until it is fixed! I haven’t bought membership for a long time! I’ve bought it twice with Sapphires!!! It keeps saying I can’t download anything! Because of this subscription that I HAVE PAID FOR! But it thinks I haven’t paid for it! I paid real money twice to remove it!.Version: 43.0
✗ Wildworks ruined the nostalgia.Hi. I’ve been playing this game since I was about 7 at a guess ( I just remember it was when the tv adverts started and I was smitten as soon as I discovered all the fun characters and mini games) I’ve played it on and off throughout the years and it was a safe space for me where I could express myself properly. I bought a membership in 2017 (when you could get something stupid like 6000 sapphires with your membership for about £12) with all my birthday money. I stopped playing in 2018 and kind of forgot about the game until lockdown this year. I thought I’d download a few games on my tablet and I rediscovered animal jam. I logged into my old account (buik36) and I was shocked to see that it was completely different! Obviously the game updates and is always getting new ideas , otherwise they’d always have the same customers and no new ones, however I also noticed all the members only items, taken away the treasure hunts and just kind of ruined the roleplay and friendship elements of the game. Of course wildworks do need to profit their game and that’s totally ok but I think this all started when National geographic handed over to wildworks.
