✓ Won’t Log InI’m not sure what has happened with the app it used to work fine and now whenever I try to use it is stuck on Logging In and just sits there and spins. ✓ Used to work great!! Now it doesn’t!The app doesn’t do anything anymore. Doesn’t display info correctly on the Dashboard. When trying to add items to cart it gets stuck on “adding.” New Releases aren’t updated in real time. My cart doesn’t sync with website page to app. I used to love using the app all the time for everything. Now I just go in my back office through the web browser. In my opinion there are so many people selling and active with paparazzi and as consultants we rely on the app and website a lot. We need to be able to continue to provide our customers with your product and we need to make sure we can do that. ✓ UnusableThis app is unusable at this point. I used it exclusively to make my orders, etc. until a week ago when the system went down. The app has been useless since that time. I even tried uninstalling and installing again. New pieces come out in the middle of the work day for many of us, and the app is much easier to use than trying to get onto the website - which is much clunkier when trying to get logged in and look through the jewelry. ✓ LoginI have been having problems with this site (Paparrazzi) for the past 4 days. I had problems with my cell and had to have a factory reset done. It was down for about a week and a half. I did save all my documents and info with the Apple support team on line with me. Now I try to go in and it will not recognize my password which I tried changing and it did nothing. I’m trying to go into the app and all it does is give me the loading circle ⭕️ and it just stays loading and will not go into my login page it just continues to give me the loading circle. ✓ Problems!!!I have been having major problems with utilizing the app for the past few days. I have been trying to log in, view my dashboard and even check my back office. I can’t access any of these things because I just receive a “login in” screen with a spinning circular arrow and it just spins. It’s been doing this for 3 days straight.
