✓ Best app and companyI’ve been ordering from boohoo for about 3 years now and the quality,style,price just everything is outstanding. I’ve paid for next day delivery and it’s the best thing as if you order before 11pm it’s actually at my front door the next day which is an amazing service. I receive emails with extra discount codes and saving £5.99 on each delivery it’s well worth using Boohoo. Highly recommend them the clothes range to casual to wedding outfits I’ve bought everything and never been disappointed. Great app to have on phone as well.JaneymoonsVersion: 9.4.4

✓ Dark Mode Added.I always judge a companies awareness by if they include a dark mode to their app. Boohoo added this recently and it always makes shopping more pleasurable since its a lot easier on the eyes. I do most of my shopping at night during my down time before I go to sleep, so a dark mode is a huge quality of life improvement for me. Now the important part: The clothing is super affordable. The quality sometimes depends on the item, but that’s true for every major retailer in this day and age where leggings from Victoria Secret are just glorified panty hose. The key difference being spending $60 on them at VS or like $10 at boohoo. P.S: Give the genius who added a dark mode a raise for saving me from having recurrent migraines from staring at a stark white screen before bed. 👏👏👏👏👏.Kandi sharkVersion: 8.1.4

✗ FrustratingOne reviewer asked ‘how has this app got 4+ stars’, well because people keep clicking 4/5 stars but writing negative things - negative views should equate to low star rating, no? App crashes, picture of item just says loading loading loading - I imagine this would go on until the device dies, but frustration sets in before be able to test this theory. Oh yeah and then there’s the times when you try to go on the app and it just flicks off. Bottom line boohoo sells cheap clothes, but they’re not feee, we are still paying for them so that doesn’t mean you can get away with being consistent well below par. The customer service is a joke. Any company that does not offer the option to speak to an actual human, does it because they can’t handle the fall out from the level of dissatisfied customers, so just do it all by email, that way they can respond when they feel like. And when they mess up and they will, they will offer you a trusty £5 voucher - because £5 makes everything better. Boohoo save all those vouchers and provide a decent service, get rid of Hermes (can’t even go there, we’ve all seen the secret camera footage) install some phones, get some tape measures - no-one likes to think their bigger than they are and get an IT wiz that knows how to create an app..SweetPeaJay35Version: 8.2.2

✗ Get your money worth booI ordered my stuff and everything came and was SUPER cute I love it & my tanning stuff I order spilled but it didn’t get on any of the clothes because they took extra precaution so I do appreciate that. The only thing is I went to buy one of the cardigans I had bought that I got for 12$ since they had 60% off I went to go buy another one since I loved it so much! They up’d the price to 20$ and their site was still 60% off... so they had taken the original price from 30 and made it 50 so dissatisfied with that I understand it’s 8 dollars more but their shipping is 10$ by its self .... and sis I was over half way to buy another cardigan with that 8 dollars.GetthebagsisVersion: 8.1.3
