✓ Bank from Middle AgesI am sure that the Bank in 21st century shouldn’t look like this. 1. I need to remember 15 numbers just to log in!!!!!! You are definitely trying to irritate me as much as possible. 2. How can I contact support team besides phone???? I was scrolling my app up and down to find any contact information. But you want me to contact you only if I am happy!!! I am a Marketing Manager so I know this trick. For you to know in Modern banks you can contact them via messenger bot along with email and hundreds of other methods. 3. Next. You make me enter 15 numbers to identify me by Telephone. Really? Have you heard about voice recognition?!?! 4. Next. Your app can perform just one function - money transfer?! So for you to know, in modern bank your can transfer money by phone number, tax ID or other stuff of beneficiary not only IBAN. Honestly that is the time in my life I have to add 16 numbers of IBAN for transaction. And I could open more accounts just via the app. And hundreds of other functions a bank app can do, but not yours!!! 4. Any good bank app allows to change daily transactions limits. Where can I do it in your app??? So I totally disappointed. You guys are totally outdated. And of course I will attract Apple Review Team to your manipulation with reviews!.Version: 1.23.0
✓ Slow German BankingThis app makes you launch a second app to verify all transfers. You also need to scan a physical piece of paper to log in…and you need that same piece of paper if you get a new phone. Last century technology..Version: 1.29.0
✓ Banking slowI find it ridiculous that despite electronic banking a transfer between my savings account and current account takes days and is not instant. Transactions are slow to appear and no transfers can be completed or show over a weekend. In the UK all this activity is instant. It’s a computer so there should not be any delays!!!!.Version: 1.31.0

✓ Veraltet wie in 1984Man kann nicht sehen was man grade bezahlt hat. Es dauert ein paar tage bis Transaktionen gezeigt werden. Wenn man mehr ausgibt als hat berechnet DB eine Strafgebühr. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen das DB absichtlich die Transaktionen verzögert. Warum sind echtzeit computer Transaktionen verzögert? Niemand kann es erklären. Ich habe darauf hin mein DB Konto gekündigt und bin bei einer Anderen bank und oh wunder, transaktionen werden sofort gezeigt. (Fidor) Komisch ist auch das DB eine schriftliche Kündigung verlangt, man aber das Konto online abschließen kann. Ich will mit DB nicht mehr zu tun haben..Version: 1.16.2

✓ Worst banking app everI really dislike this app; it is not user friendly whatsoever and not compatible / iPad friendly (it’s not filling out the entire display space nor can you turn the screen). I mean, why is there a video on YouTube explaining how to do a bank transfer with your banking app - shouldn’t this be intuitive? I am banking with other banks and using other banking apps too which are all way more user friendly. It’s seems like the Deutsche Bank wanted to create an über-fancy app but failed in doing so. I also find the photo tan procedure overly complicated and not user friendly at all. Just the set up process is a nightmare and you still need a sheet of paper to set this up!!! ✓ Nice, but...Great update however firstly iPad support which was in the previous app is gone. I used it a lot and miss it. Hope it comes back. Also, this app stores your branch and account number on iPhone without the option to not do so. There is into technical information on whether it’s safely stored according to best practices in the keychain, or if this information is just lying around in the preferences. Competing apps do security-conscious users the courtesy of having an option to disable storing this information on the phone..Version: 1.11.0
