✓ Not a great startI just downloaded this app after reading a review of it on a tech news website. I was able to register, but every time I try to edit my information... the app crashes. ✓ Can’t login.I am a blind an autistic person that uses this app and I cannot log into Apple account because it will not let me login. When I try to login to my account, it says that my login has failed even though the information is correct. Tried to sign in through other names and it won’t let me and I’ll just load and won’t go in. When I tried to do forgot password to reset my password, it says it sent the email but it does not send the email at all. oh my house staff looked at it and let me know that it kept buffering and buffering and the stupid screen just kept loading and loading and when I would leave it would tell me to move onto the next step when I already tried doing that it won’t let me. But now after the app delete and reinstall there is no way to restore the previous purchase. Keeps asking to sign in using google, or Facebook. ✓ Not worth the price and you have better free better alternativeI bought annual plan for my son but found issues about it right away. 1. I failed many times on iPad and I have sent out screenshots to support and was told they will look into it. From 2019 to 2020, I never hear anything back and problem continues. What more, if you upgrade to newest iOS, in my second iPad, you will not get sound at all. And what’s the point of the app without sound or constantly fail with display errors. 2. I found a better alternative Kahn kids academy. Which is much better designed, include more features ( I think this app copies subset of the functions of that app) and it has offline features as well. ✓ Denied a refund!!!So I requested a refund as soon as I seen that I was charged for premium. I requested apple to give me a refund and they denied it. We only used the app for maybe an hour and I believe it was within the 2 day period. Anyways a disputed the decision and it came back refused?!!! ✓ Great App but Glitches... a lotMy 2 year old son who is nonverbal ASD absolutely loves this app and it holds his attention. The bugs and glitches during the guess the activity game are absolutely terrible, he just taps the home button until it goes away and starts over. We haven’t been able to enjoy what’s past it. ✓ American words, plus some matching pics don’t matchWanted a simple app for my 26 year old son who has autism. On the first matching game some of the pictures didn’t match , anyone who knows autistic people will be aware they can be exacting pedants. He was confused by this. ✓ SHADY Unauthorized charges!I signed up for the more basic plan as I wasn’t sure my non-verbal would comprehend. She didn’t which is fine. The issue is I was charged for the most expensive plan and when I contacted customer support for a refund they told me to go through Google play or my bank. He doesn’t understand the dragging games, so he liked to tap the colors and watch the stars in the bar fill up. ✓ Almost greatI love this app but it glitches too frequently to be usable. I was happy to pay the subscription cost. The problem was in the match game, too frequently the item would “snap” off screen and be inaccessible. That is to say, my son would move/tap it and it would jump off screen at which point he can’t get to it and I’d have to quit the game and restart.
