I have all my audiobooks uploaded to my cloud accounts (Dropbox, box, etc) and I can pull them down for offline listening so I don’t eat up my data on-the-go. The app does a great job of keeping track where I am in the audiobook so I can pick right up where I left off. I can easily skip back or forward in customizable seconds of increments if I get distracted and missed hearing something. Just overall a great listening and usability experience. ✓ Bug with iOS 13I’ll start by saying this is the best audiobook player I’ve found for iOS. Especially that you can stream directly from cloud storage. I would like to see Dark Mode supported in iOS 13, and I’ve found a bug. When my iPad is in landscape orientation, the screen is blank. This app was 5 stars but after an update a few months ago you can now no longer see where you got up to on an audiobook! This makes it a nightmare going through each chapter/track until you reach the one you’re up to. It’s fine if you’re listening to one audiobook as it keeps your place, but if your swapping between books you can no longer see the blue process bar showing where you was up to and what tracks you had already listed to. Please update this ASAP. If your thinking of purchasing this app I would still buy it. It’s a good app that works well they just need to sort out this bug. Streaming from all the services e.g Dropbox works very well and it’s great to keep an archive of your audiobooks. The app still keeps your place where you left off it just won’t tell you what tracks you have already listed too. So it’s a pain is you swap between audiobooks. ✓ Almost perfectIt took me awhile to decide purchasing the premium version. I’m glad I did. Free version is pretty good but with limitations. Premium version works really well for me. I can connected to few cloud services and stream from them on my phone and car play as well. ✓ Great app and customer serviceI just purchased the audiobook version of CloudBeats the other day and so far I’m really happy and impressed with the app. I was looking for something to avoid having to use iTunes to synch my audiobooks. iTunes has “glitched out” on me more than once and deleted all of the music and books from my phone. I have all of my media stored on a Synology NAS so my ideal situation was to find a way to at least be able to pull the media down from within an app. CloudBeats does that but takes it further and lets me stream from my Synology - and also several other cloud services. So far, the app is doing everything I want it to do. If you’re looking for a way to either stream or download your remote media, I definitely recommend CloudBeats. The support from the developer is excellent, too. I posted a question on the app’s Web site and within minutes I had a response from Roman. I thought it was a typical automated “thanks for your question, we’ll get back to you in 24 hours” response but no, it was the answer to my question. He also immediately responded to my follow-up question. Kudos for great customer support! My only request is the ability to edit a cloud connection after it’s been created. Right now, if you need to make a change, you have to sign out which removes any files that you’ve downloaded. This probably isn’t a huge deal but I was having some issues getting my Synology visible to webDAV apps (not CloudBeat’s fault) and had to change my connection info a few times. Each time I had to log out and delete anything I had downloaded. Again, this is probably a limited case and now that I have it working, I probably won’t ever have to look at that setting again..Ozzman07Version: 2.23.6

✓ One of the best tools for listening to audiobooksI had been looking for some time for a free tool to allow me to listen to some audio books I had gotten off CDs and this allowed me to do that with some handy features as well, like book marks, speed changes, and reading timers; all of which sound like no brainers until you find like 20 apps which are essentially just the basic player you’d find in your files app. 4 out 5 just because I think that the premium price is a tad too high for essentially just hooking me up with other cloud drives, and moving folders into the app. I still find this a immensely enjoyable app which I have no problem recommending to friends!.GeorgePaul2Version: 2.55.7

I had my google drive hooked to the app, but whenever I played an audiobook through this app, it kept randomly stopping and I had to delete whatever I was listening to from my google drive and reupload. It was so frustrating I immediately regretted buying this app. I wrote to them and they were pretty responsive and helped me out. But it didn’t fix the issue and it had stayed on like that for months. But lo and behold, this last version has finally fixed it and thus my review! I love this app so much. I have a zbigz account and I download lots of audio books, which it lets me send to my drive in seconds! And with this app I don’t have to download anything myself, I just stream it! ✓ Brilliant app.I use this app for playing audio books on my iPad whilst also reading them along side a reader app. This has become perfect this since a recent update now supports Split-view. So I have my reader app on the left (2/3) and this app on the right side (1/3) to easily select which chapter to play and control the audio book playback, whilst I turn through the pages on the other reader app on the left. It supports many cloud storage service (I use it perfectly with DropBox) and can keep the files in the app for off-line playback if you want. You can customise how many seconds the forward/reverse buttons jump, as well as repeat 1 chapter or repeat the whole section (very useful for studying).
