All I get is “sorry request failed, new account does not exist” I spent a good amount and time on my old account and can not access it what so ever. I even had my Facebook connected to it to be able to access my old account. I recovered it before using Facebook. I feel like I’m getting scammed into having to spend more money to get to where I was at which was a high level. ✓ Two starsI only gave this game two stars it’s fun to play but stuff on this game I feel costs too many pot bucks and some plants take way too long to grow also the stuff like lights pots etc take forever to be upgraded and more times than not when going to the store part to buy stuff from other players that part lags way too much not to mention the glitches when it kicks you off the game and a lot of times you need materials for your lights or something and it is extremely difficult to get those items because they rarely come up like the bolts. And why can’t we purchase gizmo cards the ones we want or unlock the gizmos we want? Why can’t you have a promotion where the 7,000 pot bucks is on sale for $50 instead of $100? ✓ Sooorrrrt it out!Good game and all but sort out the graphics! I was expecting the update to fix the problems with the game that came up with iOS 10. There's no difference though. If anything the graphics are glitching more now. Unless the app makers intended for everything to have purple, yellow and black surrounding anything clickable. The issue is most likely on their end as the game just waits to download data from server but the download never starts. ✓ GlitchesI love the game but somehow, one day I tried to go on my app and everything started over, I lost EVERYTHING...fast forward and now I’ve restarted the game from scratch and am now only a level 33 after some time playing again. I was at emerald on a 14 hr contest last night to win an alien that gives 9 seeds every couple hours, I wanted him so bad and had been on top of the contest the whole way through, I watched as the seconds counted down and I was at emerald, I had over 111,000 points and the person at number 2 had at least 10,000 points to catch up to me so I just KNEW that alien as mine...the seconds ticked down and I clicked the goat to claim my prize...u should have seen my happy face turn to one of a homicidal maniac when it said I got gold and came in 2nd...there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY POSSIBLE that a person 10,000 behind- could have caught up to me in 32 seconds, NONE...The new update has screwed me once again, I honestly don’t even feel like playing anymore.Version: 1.27.7

✓ Hackers ruin the gameI was really enjoying this game but I am now positive that people are cheating in the karma contest tournaments. I just played 4 hours straight and was leading the tournament by 28,000 points when suddenly a player that was definitely NOT in the top 5 on the scoreboard magically took the lead by 5000 points. This cheater was somehow able to gather a minimum of 35,000 points in a few minutes, impossible. I visited this player’s garden and most of their pots were empty. I had my suspicions before but now I know for sure that some people are cheating. What a waste of time..Version: 1.29.0

However, the pay two days when I try to go into the game, the game doesn’t load, says something is wrong and gives me the option to restart the game or clear the cache. I’ve done both of these, and have even deleted the game, redownloaded it, and it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried getting into the game all day for the past few days and it has only let me in twice, and when it did, it immediately said “reconnecting man” and the game went back to being unplayable and not letting me in. ✓ Friendly advisorOverall I like the game ! A few things I feel would make for a better experience for the user. If it didn’t take so long to produce things from contraptions. If you’ll keep it that way, it makes sense that when you get more employees to spend things up ! The ability to make items should come as you level up ! You should also be able to buy and sell seeds in your dispensary. Not that anyone would want to but it 🤣 but it should be an option! I also noticed that when doing the karma challenge I’ve been place in a more challenging group, than some of my friends who are playing, that are at higher levels than I am. A lot of crashes, particularly when I’m watching the video ads, Cheating me of my bucks. A few changes could make this a great app that I love ❤️! Keep improving 👌🏾 you have our attention. ✓ Lots of glitchesI would give this game 5 stars but there’s just to many problems. It constantly wants to restart its self or clear the cache. I recently tried to purchase a promo for 99 cents to receive 200 pot bucks & I didn’t receive my pot bucks. Emailed the support team and never heard a word. It’s really frustrating because I feel this game has a lot of potential but it just seems to be going down hill. I’ve played this game on and off for a few years and never had these issues until now. Also, I read on their web page they were going to shut down the app due to lack of resources to run it properly. ✓ Addicting but could use some fixes!I’ve been addicted to this game for the last three weeks! It offers some sick quests, items and the interface is just gorgeous! Can we also appreciate the insane ART that is put into the characters/items?! Props to whoever creates those!! The issues that I have are just that Floyd’s list is $3k to refresh the page but I get the same items over and over again. Sometimes, it even shows items that have already been sold for about 5 minutes. Really weird and annoying. I wish they would either charge us less or fix this issue! The app occasionally crashes but i’ve gotten used to it by now. I only had to uninstall and reinstall once. I do wish that there was less crashing, though. I also wish there was more space!! They always come up with new gizmos and characters but don’t give us space to put them anywhere!! Can we also implement a trading system? There’s enough players that there should be a marketplace where we offer an item or money in exchange for a specific item! ✓ Fun game but suspect cheaters on karma chartI've been playing the game for a few month and would say I throughly enjoyed it. I do think that ot can be a little more innovative. They should allow you to train your plants for higher yield - maybe have an option to scrog your plants or LST/HST - having more ability to control or interact with the plants will bring a different level and feel to the game. The game would crash literally every 15-40mins, which will require you to exit the game fully and reload the app to make it work again. Now to the parts where I feel some players are exploiting the game. There's a player on my karma charts that have been on the emerald list for a few WEEKS now. "Mr Pocky" when the contest starts, within 15mins this guy is at 250k+ karma points when the next highest points are around 8k, and when I scoped out his grow, he's not even growing anything special that would give him his ranking. I honestly don't think it's possible to hit $250k in 15mins growing just northern lights. It's literally killing the game for everyone since there is no point in even trying for emerald. And going for emerald was the only exciting thing about this game. Please fix it before more players quit. I'm deleting this game, really see no point in playing anymore..Version: 1.29.2

✓ Problems with workers and slackers!!I really like playing the game, but I’m having major issues with my workers and slackers. I booted a slacker to put a better one on my farm but it never registered that I booted that slacker. Then I bought another slacker capacity with pot bucks to see if that would help and it still registers that I have this ghost slacker. Now I have an open space in my pasture and multiple workers waiting to be claimed from various chests but every time I try to claim one it says my slacker capacity is full and it won’t let me even though I still only have 1 slacker with a capacity of two AND I have an open work space. If I go into the pasture to try to fill the job position it tells me to get a worker from the highway even though I have one waiting to be claimed. Definitely liked the game before but this glitch is making pointless to play..Version: 1.16.0

There is no interaction with other players that I can see but I’m sure something is going on between certain players. They seem to be able to get hundreds of thousands of points within 30 minutes leaving other players with no chance of getting emerald in the karma contests. The karma contests have become boring with no real incentives to do them!! In this game you have to try and get your XP up to level 125 which takes an age but once you’ve reached it, you would think there would be some type of fan fare and that those who’ve done the same would have you’re own separate karma contest leader board but there’s absolutely nothing like this, in fact, you get a bit deflated... ✓ RepetitiveGame is fun at first, but mostly for it’s novelty. It gets repetitive pretty quickly. You have lots of gizmos and shops to craft, but you rarely get orders on the job board for crafted items. Because of this they don’t sell well in the shop either. So they sit in your inventory and you end up throwing most of it away to make room. You can have a full stash (400+ items) and the job board will consistently ask for buds you don’t have, including the rarest/hardest to harvest buds. You skip the job, wait 10 mins for a new one, and the same exact jobs will come up. So you craft to complete a quest but there’s nothing to actually DO with those items. Gets boring super quick. And you quickly realize it’s all a money grab because the only buds you NEED in the game are the ones you have to spend real cash on. I don’t mind spending real cash for a game that is fun and makes sense (I’ve spent plenty on other farming games for boosts and time advancement) but your cash in this game doesn’t take you anywhere..Version: 1.24.2

✓ Fun until you switch devices then start over. Very slow developer response timeI would have given this game 5 stars before I had to replace my phone. After upgrading, the farm starts over at the beginning and I’ve made several attempts to contact the app’s developer so I could get my previous farm linked to my new device. Back up your game or purchasers beware. I’ve spent money on my previous farm and all is now “up in smoke”. I’ve sent several emails and nothing more in response than the basic auto replay saying it will be up to 48 hours to respond personally and its now been 8 days and several emails attempted. UPDATE: They took over 20 days and another 2 emails to get my farm linked again. It was a fun game but the Developers don’t follow up the way they need to in a timely manner. I still wouldn’t recommend spending money on this game. I lost all my items in holding that were on a timer and had to start over. So any money spent was wasted by the time my farm was linked again. It took over a month before anyone asked me about my response on this review and anything you get expired in 29 days. When I tried to respond to the customer service review email, I was directed to a timed out link and wasn’t able to give a review update so I’m updating it on here. Don’t bother spending money. ✓ ExpensiveI honestly love the game it’s so much fun but it literally freezes up and gives me an error like at least once in every couple minutes I’m playing it, multiple times a day. Most of all, it’s so hard to get “pot bucks”. You can earn a couple here and there but to advance in the game you have to pay into it and I have put probably $300 total into this game and I run out of money within one day. If it wasn’t for that I would advise everyone to play but because of that it might not be worth your time unless you have a lot of extra money to put into a game app... lastly, the “storage”. Everytime you upgrade which either takes you 8 hours or you can pay $200 pot bucks to be instant, you get maybe 3 extra spaces to fill. I get SO much stuff and don’t want to throw it away, you can’t sell it, so it sits there and I’m forced yet again to BUY pot bucks. Frustrating!.Version: 1.15.0
✓ This game is good but..It gives you the option to watch videos and take surveys to earn potbucks but when watching these videos or taking a survey, 90% of the time you do not get the potbucks they say you will receive. This game is worth downloading, I played this previously on facebook and got to level 100+. I am now restating a new game as I’ve not played in years and I can say other than the potbucks situation, this game runs much more smoothly on a phone..Version: 1.26
