✓ Surprisingly helpfulI suffer from severe depression and self doubt, which makes it hard for me to achieve my most important goals. But after using this app for a few minutes, I felt a little more grounded. I also felt a tingling sensation in my feet that traveled up to my hands when I looked into my own eyes. I’m glad you got a laugh out of it , and that I figured-out how to edit my review. July 2016: One of the affirmations says, "I chose to be happy." Chose? Why not, "I choose to be happy" or simply "I am happy" like the other affirmations that state "I am"? Sounds like someone one isn't proof-reading these before publication. Reading the word 'chose' really interrupted my 'blissful' run of affirmations..Version: 1.3
✓ Best positive affirmation apps ever!I’ve tried several affirmation apps and this one is the absolute BEST one by far! I love that it includes a camera to view myself with as I repeat the affirmations to myself. The daily reminders to do my affirmations is also helpful. The music is very soothing and calming as well. I only wish we could add our own custom affirmations. Otherwise a fantastic app!.Version: 1.3
