✓ BeIN are a poor sports channelWhen it comes to English football beIN is one of the best. What I don’t understand is why are u so poor at other major international sports? You don’t show any golf majors, any F1, any major cricket, the list goes on. Yet u show handball, basketball etc. Minor sports that nobody is interested in. U are missing out on being a major sports provider. Sky sports and super sports are much better sports providers than u. And lastly why do u persist with keys and gray? They were poor 20 years ago when they were in sky sports and they haven’t got any better. They complain endlessly about VAR which gets really boring. And even tonite Keys said englands clocks go back. I’m sure he meant the uk but it is typical of the English not having consideration for the rest of the uk. Rant over. ✓ TerribleAt first it worked fine but after a week it’s stop working, it gave me an error message and said to “come back in a few minutes “ came back hours later and still didn’t work. Tried to delete and reinstall but now it saying “ error no connection “ when I do have connection. And don’t get me started on their website, I try logging in and it seems like it’s working but than it send me back to chose my provider and it does every time I try to sign in. ✓ Horrendous customer experienceTruly infuriating process trying to stream the Australian Open tennis. Selecting the desired match in the TV Guide then prompts me to download a different app (MENA one). That app then says not entitled to access the content in the country I’m in (Singapore). All this having followed the prompts to subscribe in a Google ad where everything was quoted in Singapore dollars. WhatsApp customer service is completely automated and every path just tells you to login on a desktop or laptop… Can’t wait to see the challenges involved in getting a refund..Version: 5.2.3

✓ The worst app I’ve ever usedBeIN sport nz is genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a streaming service. It is outrageous how terrible this app is. Firstly the least annoying thing for me is the fact the app logs you out almost every time you close the app, like why I don’t change device I use, I can understand security and making sure two people aren’t using the app at the same time but it’s annoying when I’m halfway through a match, try to fast forward to the second half but have to log in again and try figure it out. Secondly, the picture quality is just terrible. I very commonly chrome cast premier league games through spark sport with no trouble, I chrome cast Netflix, Disney plus, neon and many more with no problem in picture but beIN sport just won’t allow it, when I use my laptop to watch the quality jumps from high definition to low every couple of seconds, I just don’t understand how little effort is put into this app. I get better quality from a illegal stream services. Honestly please just sell the rights of international football to any other streaming service in New Zealand..Version: 5.2.1
