✓ FAILURE To RELOADAdministration for Klondike, Please note that a game that crashes repeatedly for in excess of 10 times is NOT & Never ever will be acceptable. Please Stop treating people who are trying to play the game like idiots. I have preserved with trying to play for “free” which is too frustrating & by also making some purchases. Either way is slow, tedious & has been made more difficult than necessary. Do you ever read the feedback from players or are you all choosing to ignore the repeated Negative comments. Please fix this game. It has the potential to be a great game, if only The Administration &/or Programmers addressed these issues that have been raised too too many times...Version: 1.39.1

✗ Don’t waste your moneyI was enjoying this game, but having bought some emeralds I found they had disappeared from my account. I contacted customer service who were both unhelpful and off hand. They claimed I accidentally spent them on a ship, which I certainly had not done. They advised me to select an option on settings to help prevent ‘accidental’ spending, which in my view a) means that this is happening to people a lot b) should be a default setting. I don’t for one minute think I accidentally spent them, I think this is a way of them trying to get you to spend more money. I certainly won’t be buying any more just to have them taken from me. UPDATE: following this review I contacted support as advised. They were no help at all, and in fact quite rude. They obviously advise to get in touch to give the impression they are listening and willing to help - in reality they are not..Version: 2.22
