✗ Survey about appI completed a very long and detailed survey about the app to receive a reward. The reward was received and expired within a month. I went to the restaurant a few days after expiration (unbeknownst to me that it had expired) to use it and realized it was gone from the app. When I reached out to customer service to ask for the reward back, or something equivalent, they advised the rewards expire in 90 days. Mine expired in 30. This was one of the points I made in the survey! Give the customer more time to use their earned reward!
