✓ Therapy SessionThe App works great, not sure if that is what the review is supposed to be about. Hopefully this is intended to give my Therapist the praise she deserves. Camelle Burlock is amazing and I would not have made the progress I’ve made without her. I am beyond blessed to have found someone who understands me and evaluates my situations with so much care and intelligence. To anyone who has put the idea of counseling or self care off for any reason and, I truly understand there can be many reasons we feel it is ok to ignore or put it off. Don’t put it off any longer, I am stronger today than I have ever been. I Understand myself more than I ever have and I am so lucky to have the ability to work with Camelle. ✓ Dr. SabrinaDr Sabrina really listens and is able to make you fell comfortable opening up with her. I love how she always tells me there are options and explains it in a way that I understand. We have the same end goal and I think that is the most important part is I feel we are on the same page, and I always feel better after talking to her. ✓ Amy DonahueAmy is a phenomenal person and overall very effective and supportive therapist. Her ability to balance empathy while also pushing you to think outside your norm is huge and helps contribute to the success I’ve been seeing. It’s hard to find a therapist that truly makes you feel like you’re important and not just another “appointment” and Amy has a way of making you feel heard, comfortable and capable of accomplishing whatever it is your set on. ✓ Mixed feelings.The initial start up is a bit challenging. I downloaded the app; l also receive a link in my email for the app for my appointments; But still most days, I have issues logging into my appointments. There are also slight glitches with the app during meeting calls. What I mean by glitches is that when I am on a call/meeting and I am conversing with the therapist. The app is still trying to call me while I am speaking with the person. I would then click on it for it to stop, but it will start right up again attempting to call me during my meeting sessions. That is an issue I do not understand why it happens. Hopefully these issues could be sorted out..Version: 1.24.0

✓ Chemotherapy educationKomal Daves was extremely warm and professional. Compassion showed through in her demeanor. She was very knowledgeable and organized. She was patient with our questions and answered everything in detail for us, repeating when needed without making us feel we were a nuisance. The perfect person for the job. If you long for the time when physicians and patients developed an acquaintance and professional relationship, questions were answered respectfully and your concerns were heard, I recommend Dr. Barton. There was a time when I trusted most doctors to do their best. There was a time when physicians had the freedom to prioritize patients over long waits, prior approvals, and wasted time and money. ✓ Drs Lux Visit TelemedI have been having great visits with Dr Lux. He has alot of patience and compassion. I just started seeing him and slowly but surely I know I am going to get back to where I’m supposed to be at. Considering I’ve had breast cancer no left breast, I’ve had open heart surgery and now have a titanium mechanical heart valve, just recently developed Brain and Lung cancer. He is teaching me this is thru no fault of my own. He is keeping comfortable and making me strong again. I want to live life to the fullest and I know with his help I can get there. They should always confirm you are in the correct Doctors room, before asking you to enter ur info/the waiting room. I thought about it for a moment and said to myself, “I don’t remember one time I have had a problem with the app for the 9 months I’ve used it.” The app is meant to function as FaceTime for therapy appointments. In this regard, the app is perfect. It fulfills the simple requirements of a video call app and does so without any noticeable issues. ✓ Can you update to make more user friendly?Hi I’ve used this app to help my 90+ year old parents attend video consultations with their doctors during the pandemic. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time; 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select; 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision. I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient.
