✗ OCR function did not work.The app told me to leave a 5 star rating to unlock the pro purchased features. Which I left 5 starts and wrote under neath not to take that rating seriously. Yes, it did unlock the pro features including the OCR. But, the OCR did not work. It said reading document. It should of scanned the document word for word and converted it to plain simple text on a blank page. All I got was a blank page and no text. Even though the app said it was successful. I did try it several times. But no luck. I have downloaded a range of scan OCR apps. Not yet found one good enough for it to do the job I want. The apps seem to be brilliant for scan / copy documents etc. This app is brilliant for this. As for using the camera to recognise a document it can be hit and miss. This app tended to miss the text that needed capturing. I had to hold the device and press the capture button. And OCR functions either do not recognise any text or you have to pay for the feature. This apps pro OCR feature does not work. All I got was a blank page. I am a mature student with a disability. I find it hard to understand information. I thought these apps would make it easy to capture chapters in text books and get them to be read aloud. But I have yet to find an app or software that actually will do what it says..Poppitt118Version: 1.0
