✓ Not Awarding Me My Daily 10 GoldIf I’m being honest I love using Faladdin, it really does seem that I can relate to a good handful of the readings although some are sometimes far fetched there is more good than bad. My only problem is that recently I bought the premium subscription and I am not being given the daily 10 gold. This is really triggering to me because that was the main reason I bought it. I am not sure how to reach customer service through the app so I decided that writing a review might get me some answers. If my problem can be solved then I would happily give this app 5 stars. Edit: After writing this post I started to receive my daily gold. And I believe the problem was solved within a day so that is awesome!.Version: 3.5.4

✗ Don’t SubscribeI subscribe for a month and didn’t use my gold so had a balance of 10 - which they advertise 10 per day but they cap it at a max of 10, so don’t expect to have more than 10 - when I saw this, I cancelled and at the end of my monthly subscription, they removed all my gold which I paid for. Now support is giving me the round around, playing dumb and don’t want to give me my gold back. In the T&C it doesn’t say that your gold balance is conditioned to an active subscription. GIVE ME BACK MY GOLD!.Version: 3.5.9
✗ THE ADS!!!I paid for a reading and the next day went back to read it again and was presented with an advertisement that took over my entire device. I paid you and still have 8.5 credits left. When I try to do anything in the app, I must watch a LONG ad even though I paid you. There is NO WAY OF USING THE CREDITS I HAVE. This is super dirty. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND. This is a good concept but listen to me... as a lifetime developer, I implore you to FIND A WAY to offer a paid version of this app. Rid the app of the credits and advertisements... it’s not 1998. Reduce the feature set and remove the advertisements! Many people will still pay you and the platform is perfect for ethical monetization. Build a user base that wants more. Introduce membership. Create a weekly, monthly, yearly rates . Then slowly add more and charge for value add services. The ads are super intrusive and completely take the magic out of the experience. Even though I LOVE the concept I am deleting this app out of principal where I would be grateful to pay otherwise. It’s such a shame too.
