You need to give your marketing people a shake and ask them not to market things in ways pretty well guaranteed to irritate your customers. It comes across as deceptive. Just say, "You can play 5 mins twice a day for free. If you like it, you can buy more time. We think 5 minutes is a good length to learn. But if you want to learn for longer, please do support us!"
