✓ Potentially A Good AppIt’s fine for ready and the audio is the best I have found. The issue is that it will not play the next chapter if my phone is locked and it will often skip the last few verses and jump to the next chapter (if the phone is open with the app open)..ZriversVersion: 1.1.1

✓ Audiobook continuationPLEASE update the app so that the audiobook automatically goes onto reading the next chapter! This is my favorite translation and it is frustrating to have to manually load each one. ✓ No good for serious studyThis expensive subscription product lacks the basic NRSV notes that come with every printed edition. It lacks more than basic search and annotate functions. The actor commissioned for the audio function has a pleasing voice but an occasionally idiosyncratic reading style. ✓ SkipsAt first I really liked this app a lot. Unfortunately, after using it for about a week, it started skipping toward the end of a chapter and going onto the next chapter. So I would have to catch up by reading that that I missed. Also, it does not read what chapter what chapter you are on or the headings of the various paragraphs. ✓ Audio is not like the Churches Live Lent CourseI bought the app so that I could use the audio version. It’s good if you would like me app to audio read the bible to you as it does in chapter or verse singular version. However in a church for old, New Testaments and Gospels it’s selected for example Genesis 12 verses 9-12. Unfortunately this app does not allow you to do this, audio read. ✓ Great Audio, but needs more functionalityI have been looking for an audio and RSV that allows you to navigate via versus. This one does that, but the audio stops at the end of every chapter. In order to keep listening you to have to re-open the app, move to the next chapter and press play again. That’s every chapter. There are also no controls for playback speed.
