✓ Not workingHave been using this app for a while now. All of a sudden I’m stuck outside my complex unable to open the gate because this app won’t allow me to slide to unlock!! Really annoying. Please fix.RvlleVersion: 1.2

✓ So outdated with many problems.The app is so outdated. Most of the time my gate doesn’t open automatically. I usually have to manually open the app, which is annoying. There are no settings other than changing name or gate and color of symbol. Frankly I dont know how this is a company or why my complex picked this sad excuse for company as a gate operator. It’s much faster to manually enter the gate code on the keypad then wait for the app to do the one job it’s given. There are occasions when my gate app deletes my registration code and I have to notify my complex to reissue me one..SpeedbrdsVersion: 1.2

✓ Audio notification when gate opensCan someone stop this app from giving me an audio notification when I open my gate? I can see my gate open which is all the notice I need. When I’m coming home all pumped from the gym and feeling great... That audio notification of an old busted slot machine stops my music from playing and I want to rip my steering wheel off!!!! Should I change from auto to manual, and if I do, what steps to open manually since auto doesn’t? Documentation says to download and register but then what? ✓ So OutdatedThe app feels clunky. It doesn’t sense when you’re close to the gate like it says. You have to open the app and swipe to open the gate. I’d rather punch in the code at this point. ✓ Not happy with this appMy HOA made the executive decision to migrate to this Bluetooth based gate opening system without consulting the residents. Well besides being glitchy and occasionally just not working at all, the app deleted my gate info and I was unable to access my own neighborhood on a Saturday morning. Tried to contact Elika for support to resolve this but guess what? No after hours or weekend tech support to be had. Tried deleting and re downloading the app to use my previous product registration info but the app was not even available in the App Store and completely missing from my ‘previous purchase history’!!! When I heard from Elika early the next week finally I learned their engineers were working on it and that the app should be back in the store ‘soon’ for download. Very displeased with both this company and my HOA for utilizing their product. If we were going to use something like this then it should have the capability to use the app to open my front gate from anywhere in the country, not just 2.5 feet from the physical kiosk..BoooooYoutubeVersion: 1.2

✓ Terrible Ap, crashes1st, had to get VERY CLOSE for Ap to be detected. Then, quit working altogether. Advised to remove Ap and re-install. Now, when I program it with my gate code and hit ‘enter’, the Ap just crashes and closes. Very frustrating..NeofightsVersion: 1.2

✓ It works occasionallyThe app is very inconsistent in whether or not it will actually work. I would say 8 out of 10 times I have to call someone to open the gate for me.
