✓ RubbishDoesn’t work!.Version: 2.0
✓ Good app, but gps tracking drained phoneVery late in arriving in the App Store but the app worked well. Unfortunately my phone went from 98% battery at the start to 10% at 65km, with 100km still to go..Version: 6.0.1

✓ Not greatFelt the App was running rather long - we ended up cycling 102.5 miles according to Strava to get to 100 miles on the app, which we could have done without! We got notifications when we reached 25, 50 and 75 miles, but no alert to notify that we’d actually finished. Bearing in mind we weren’t cycling along holding our phones in our hands, this would have been particularly useful..Version: 4.0
✓ Lost signalThe app tracking wasn’t accurate and I ended up missing my husbands finish. An error message that signal had been lost would have been appropriate.Version: 3.1
✓ Needs improvementClearly couldn’t cope with the sheer volume of riders. I was tracking 3 who completed the last 25 miles together but the app told me one was 8 miles behind the others. Also, when waiting the end, the app implied that they had about 8 miles to go but then I looked up and they were crossing the line. Not ideal if using it for timing of arrival..Version: 3.1
✓ Adequate but not spectacularI was hoping to use it to track the ride itself on tue map but couldn’t, would it have been a stretch to implement that?.Version: 6.0.1
✓ Tracked Wrong PersonThe ride that was tracked was not mine. I did the whole route and the tracker said I took the Box Hill detour, my family was tracking me, when I met them in Putney the tracker said I was in Wimbledon..Version: 2.0
✓ RubbishGreat App prior to the race. But as in previous years it’s so inaccurate during the race. You cannot plan to see your riders en route as you have no idea where they are. As much as 30 minutes lag time on locations. Such a shame..Version: 2.0
✓ Good idea needs more workGreat idea, but only really useful when rider had finished, not sure whether it was just volume of traffic trying to use the app but it did keep crashing and you were just left with a white screen and rotating wheel.Version: 3.1

✓ Broken, incorrect gps locations and moreThis app tries to be clever and predict where people are but doesn't take into consideration 3G/4G drop outs so when you reopen the app people's locations reverts back to the most recently cached location. One rider appeared to cycle through leatherhead 6 times. Only when they went through a chip checkpoint would they update (and even that was inconsistent) at this point, having missed all 5 people I was cheering on, i wish I had just checked the website for checkpoints and estimated when they would cycle past..Version: 2.0
✓ GPS Tracking Not GoodDid the ride today and had to ride 102 miles according to my Garmin to register the 100 mile ride. Why could you not take a Garmin feed like Strava, would have saved me dragging a battery pack around the ride to keep the phone going.Version: 4.0
✓ Tracking was woefulGiven that as a spectator most information contained in the App could be found elsewhere the one key feature was to be able to locate your mates and give them a shout! At 8.15 tracking my first buddy worked quite well, although it did eventually show him as having passed me when he came through. But my other two buddies just remained static on the app from about 9.00am onwards - no matter how many times I re-started the App their ‘position’ did not alter for well over an hour. Meaning that I missed them both :( Getting a notification that they had finished was nice but overall a massive disappointment..Version: 3.1
✓ No accurate GPS signalWorked for the first 66 miles, but then all of the sudden the GPS signal went back to the route at 63 miles...which is where the rider has been for the last 30minutes.. everytime when app is started again it shows the rider cycling again from 63 miles.. other than this, great looking app, if it worked fully, then it would be more useful!.Version: 2.0
✓ Cr-AppThe app failed to track my ride attempt almost completely only logging 46km of the full 100km. Absolutely useless. Luckily I’m not relying on this for anything and also was using a Garmin/Strava device. Totally disappointing..Version: 4.1
