✓ Great for ball masteryAs a parent and a coach it's important for kids to get as many touches of the ball as possible. The more touches the better they get. Of course they still have tk go out and learn how to apply it, but this really helps with the foundations. My lad was 8 when we got it, now 9 and has improved lots. I only wish we had used it more over the summer months. But he loves it as it's fun and engaging for him. I'd have no chance getting him to do 10 minutes of ball mastery work normally as all he wants to do is shoot. ✓ LOVE IT! But a few bugs and miss readingsI love it! I do it an hour a day and now I improved SO MUCH. But there are a few bugs, first, it doesn’t read well if the ball hits the targets. And there are a couple of drills that you have to do 20 reps when you should do 10 or there are some where you should 15 but you do 4. I hope you read this and send me feedback on my report. Also, phone camera needs to be parallel to floor to get a good read on the ball. Otherwise, it may not “see” or sense the ball. Overall, very satisfied with all the drills. I would recommend an animation or drawn out picture of the ball movement as some of the drills are hard to replicate and understand. ✓ Best Customer Service I’ve ever experiencedWe had the ball for a few weeks and unfortunately there was a slow leak in it that prevented the ball from being inflated. I emailed Micheal in customer service hoping not to have a hard time with the return, and to my surprised I received a response within 2 minutes from me pressing send. He told me that on occasion there are some defects with the ball and he was more than happy to send out a new one right away. My mind was blown!!! Kudos to that company and how they put the customer first. As for the ball, my kids love it. Were doing it for an hour every day and participated in several online classes. Not only were they improving their soccer skills but pulled them away from useless interactions with the iPad. Love the product and how both my kids can have their own profiles. At first I thought this app was to help forwards and strikers score more goals in games, via footwork. After I used this app for a couple of days I realized it’s not just for strikers. I noticed that instead of just clearing balls up the field during games I would start controlling the ball and moving around the opposing players. This allowed me to find better passes to my team. I have plenty of knowledge to pass down and my boys have been receptive and in some cases not. What I like about the app is it is a fun way to hit these technical drills. Teaching as a dad has many limitations even if dad has the knowledge. The kids need to be inspired on their own and master the techniques. ✓ 8 year old son loves itBought this for my 8 year old that plays competitive soccer for a travel team. He learns a ton from his coach but not so much of the technical skills required to take his game to the next level. He has had this since Xmas 2019 (it’s now feb) and we have already seen a ton of improvement. We recommend it to everyone he plays soccer with and a few other families have already purchased one. I have seen it glitch a bit when trying to scan the ball. It makes the call huge on the screen and won’t work right. I think that was a lighting issue and only happened once or twice. The juggling feature doesn’t work great for us. It’s very sensitive and any ball movement counts as a juggle. I would think this would be very difficult to perfect so I don’t hold that against anyone. There was another bug but they fixed it within a few days. Very quick! Only other feature I would like to see added is the ability to delete a user. Right now you can’t. We created one in error and it won’t go away. Overall the pros greatly outweigh the negatives and we love it. Highly recommend. I even catch myself using it for a good workout! Great job to the dribble up team. Well done..Version: 5.27
