✓ Love ordering my refills this wayThis makes everything so much easier on ordering refills, but sometimes there could be a “hiccup” but customer service is top notch with these guys , never have I ever gotten someone rude or anything like that , in fact they are always so pleasant and seem to give a crap, as good as the app is , the people you deal with in customer service are the real reason this works, kudos to the staff 👍🏻.Version: 2.28.0
✓ Absolutely love itI love the fact that you can reorder through the app now! I hated remembering at midnight or 1 in the morning that I had forgotten to call back to order medication. ✓ Not happyWhat a pain... I thought this app would make it a piece of cake to reorder... heck no.. it is circle of not being able to log in, not either having the right password, then trying to reset, then it tells me not authorized.. what? I am the only user, then it wants for you to call support, well, I can do that before the app.. geesh.. Got customer support, the fault was on my end... changed my rating on this app... I bet the support people roll their eyes at people like me... thank you for the patience....Version: 2.2.1
✓ Reordering is super easy!!This app make reordering so easy. I sign in and hit Refil Prescription and then I pick the delivery date and a couple more questions and it’s done! ✓ GratefulI see a lot of bad reviews on here, but wanted to share my great experience! I have a very rare disease & have had a really difficult time finding doctors and pharmacies who can treat/ accommodate me. Accredo has been incredible in communicating regarding my prescriptions & their staff have personally walked me through the process of self-injections, which I was very nervous about. Their staff are lovely & so helpful, and it’s super easy to talk to a real person comparatively to other pharmacies. Highly recommend!.Version: 2.27.0

✓ I received top quality help.First, a small concern. The Accredo app only allows addresses of 25 characters. Mine is 26. Last week my meds were shipped as usual. FedEx sent the package to NY instead of NC. Your pharmacy could see the problem and promptly sent a replacement. I spoke with three people and they were all very helpful..Version: 2.28.0

✓ No option to use app if the meds are for under 18Downloaded the app to be able to refill, get info, etc on my son’s prescription. Because u can only register with the persons’s prescription number, and he’s a minor, it won’t let us register, so the app is useless for us. Big fail here....Version: 2.0.2

✓ Accredo App - Refill ProcessGetting my medication from Accredo was a bit of a challenge, at first, between my Insurance company, prescriber release, and pharmacy rep, but I’m happy to say that After several hour long phone calls on getting everything straightened out, I’m now able to submit refills straight through from the Accredo App. No hassle, super easy, and you can even create reminders under the settings. Very satisfied with using Accredo as my speciality pharmacy!.Version: 2.4.1
✓ My two centsIn the two and one half years I have been taking Tagrisso I have had no issues by phone or using the app. They even notify me when it’s time to reorder. ✓ RemindersI saw that a reviewer mentioned disappointment in not having the option to set a biweekly reminder. A response indicated that it would be considered in a potential update. That was last July. My son also needs his dose bi-weekly so this feature would certainly be helpful..Version: 2.5
✓ MOST AWESOME SERVICEI began with another specialty pharmacy that was a nightmare from start to finish for the four months I had to use them!!! Thank goodness a doctor got us hooked up with you. Initially I set everything up and went on-line and added the phone APP. Since January we have not had one glitch in ordering, paying, and notifications to refill EVER. ✓ Best online pharmacy around!I’ve been having a terrible time with health issues since November. I quit my job to care for my father who has dementia and my mom is 92. Accredo has worked with me , called to check on me , offered other services such as diatary information, and just great support. ✓ Prescription IssueTalking to someone about my prescription issues is very frustrating. It took me a month to find out my insurance plan does not auth 90 day prescriptions but during the month I was trying to get it through Accredo they told me something different everytime I called in. ✓ RefillsYou need to synchronize your texts and your emails for refills. I get a text and 2 days later an email for the same refill. It’s confusing. Also the notifications for delivery don’t match the actual delivery. I’ll get an email saying the drug is on its way 1-2 days after receiving it..Version: 2.27.0
✓ Very smooth interfaceMy kindergarten has a condition that once put her in a wheelchair, but Big Pharma, very sincerely BLESS THEM, has created a miracle drug that allows her to walk and play freely. It’s expensive and fragile but this app and company make ordering it quite easy and painless for me, her worried mom. The interface here is very smooth and clear and I much prefer it to calling an 800 number or going to a store. TY..Version: 2.20.0
