✓ Ignore the bad reviewsYou just need to figure out how to use it and you’ll be fine. Once i figured out how to use it (which didn’t take long) i got to successfully do what i got the app for. The ads aren’t as intrusive or annoying as the critical reviews make them out to be. Understand that they have to make money somehow and if you feel too inconvenienced to deal with a couple of ads, then pay or just find another app. This is seriously a great free tool!.Version: 3.15
✓ Great app !I love this app I use it to convert audio and its really easy to use, I’ve been using this for over a year now and for some reason I went on today and I clicked upload from photos, when I installed the app it asked for access to my videos since how else would I convert audio from the camera roll but it said ‘this app hasn’t got access to your camera roll allow access in settings’ and I though that was weird since I’ve been using this for a while and when I went into settings media converter wasn’t in my list of apps idk what’s happened but maybe it’s something I’m doing wrong lol 💁🏻.Version: 2.5

✓ Powerful Little AppThis is a great little app, with the power to convert Gigabyte sized m4 files then play them back in more manageable .mkv format. I am new to it, so I have not stress tested it’s limits yet. The only recommendation that I have so far, is the developers should distribute a training video to speed up the learning curve. This is a problem with most apps though. I want to try converting iphone videos to mkv and see if it can record directly to the app. A Suggested update might be working in the 4K UHD footage. ✓ For TeamsI use my iPhone 12 to record videos for work purposes and they would not upload directly to Teams from my phone. Could do so if uploaded to my PC, but huge file and ages to upload. ✓ IMemories conversationWe sent our VHS tapes to iMemories to convert to digital. They did a good job but they came back to us in MP4 format which isn’t native for Apple devices. I wanted these videos to be accessible to all our iPads and iPhones. This $1.99 program made that all happen. At first I was frustrated that it looked like it was only a viewer, but after you import your MP4 file you touch the circled i which I think means information, but in this program it gives you the options to convert. I do like the accuracy that the current one gives, being able to go frame by frame, but it is a lot harder to find the video I’m looking for now from a recording I’ve done. I will often download 5 or more songs at a time, so having the whole video laid out is too much. The GUI before showed freeze-frames from the video and allowed you to adjust the clip at each end. This was a lot more convenient for extracting multiple audio files from the same video. The only issue with the previous one was the precision, but adding the ability to adjust frame by frame like with the current layout but still having the rest of the interface the same would make it much easier to use. I was wondering if there was a reason why this was changed and if you would consider adjusting the current layout. Either way, thank you for making this app!.Version: 3.9

This one does what you want to, and it doesn’t keep telling you to buy the premium version so that you can convert the files that you need to. It’s also a safe storage thing, so I guess if you want to keep your files away from prying eyes, this works for that as well..Version: 2.5
