✓ CaregiverThis app is useful, however running even slower than it did before. It seems to take one to three minutes every time until it opens for clocking in and clocking out. I do have locations turned on and wi-fi, full phone charge, and good signal. I find the slow response before I can begin a shift, end a shift, and choose tasks annoying as well as I find annoying the need to double type why I did not complete a certain task..NoitstaVersion: 2.5.0

✓ Great app!I love using this app to clock in and out of my caregiving shifts. Client assessments are easily available, and directions to their homes is linked to Google maps on my phone. The only problem I have is sometimes the app freezes or doesn’t sync my location right away, meaning I have to close the app and log in again — frustrating when trying to clock in quickly!.ByGrace3Version: 2.1.4

✗ Glitchy, takes a long time to clock outHas glitches when you try to check off your tasks for the day, if you mark no a reason is required which wouldn’t be a big deal except when u type the comment in most of the time it disappears and you have to click back then go back and leave a new comment and then both will show up and it takes a long time and is very annoying. I’ve found that if you write your comment and press back quick enough the comment will sometimes stay put but it’s annoying to have to do..Kmurray42Version: 2.6.2

✗ Extremely SlowI’ve been using this app for a few months now for work and while the app has its benefits it is EXTREMELY SLOW. It takes a very long time to create a shift and then when opening up the app to clock out of the current shift, it takes very long for the shift to show up (because it takes so long to load). The past 2 weeks have been extra frustrating because some days after I’ve already created a shift, it won’t even load to show my current shift. I’ve let it load for up to 5 minutes and it just shows me the spinning wheel icon as if it’s loading but nothing pops up. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but I’ve continued to have this issue. I’m am very displeased with the app so far, I’ve had more problems with it than not. If they were to fix these issues the app would be great..K_r92Version: 2.3.0
