✓ Great Phone AppNeeded a solution to have multiple phones notified when a client calls in. The LinkedPhone app works great! All phones hear an incoming call. You can see if it was answered and by whom. All phones can see a voice message. All phones can view text messages and see who responded and what was said. No more asking colleagues what was happening with a certain client when texting is occurring. With the LinkedPhone contact list, my personal contacts are separate from business. The voice quality is great and it works seamless with our iPhones. Porting our business number was easy and quick. There are so many other features that we are not using. ✗ Something is wrong with this companyWe’ve been using LinkedPhone since about 2018, with infrequent issues- and those issues were dealt with quickly and with great service. Now suddenly, we have not had a working phone for 3 weeks, we can’t get ahold of customer service- and then they call back at 5am saying the issue is fixed, when it is not. I don’t know if the company changed ownership, but I finally gave up and switched to another carrier today. When I canceled my subscription, I was supposed to still be able to access the service until the end of the subscription period, which is 2 weeks from now- but the line went offline IMMEDIATELY. It has been hours since calling and submitting a ticket, and it’s still not working. We were left scrambling, calling our patients and hospitals to make sure they could reach us at an alternate number..Version: 5.8.7

Then we are told that we need to reinstall the app. This seems to be the only thing that we’re consistently told to fix the issue but it never fixes the issues.
