✗ Horrible Customer Service - Beware of Being Charged Multiple TimesFull access to all of the content is expensive, and I still have trouble getting lectures to easily play on my devices. You are required to sign in & create an account on their platform, and it doesn’t automatically connect to your purchases. I found myself in a loop and wound up paying for the app multiple times because the interface was kicking me back and not connecting my account to my purchase. Customer service was zero help - I asked for an extension of my subscription for a time period that would reflect what I paid (not even a refund), and they refused. There is no care taken to point out that ‘22 is different from 22 (without an apostrophe) - it’s just sloppy on the backend, not worth $100 a year..Idam NaVersion: 8.2.0
