New Kingdom, New Drama: Your royal decrees and unpredictable requests of the people will shape both your time on the throne and the future of your dynasty. ✓ Good simple funIts good fun, you’re the boss-woman in a monarchy, i.e. queen. Its an easy enough game to grasp once you identify the “barometers” of church, populace, military/security and state cash. The object is to make decisions (swipe right/ swipe left style) to keep the each barometer away from the extremes (too low or too high) and maintain a “healthy” monarchy. If you don’t manage it, then either a theocracy, anarchy, coup or bankruptcy result. The graphics are basic, but it is a very funny social commentary on social issues of monarchies, e.g. you can starve a population, but they will forgive you providing you wear nice/sexy clothes (by medieval standards) and spend time looking pretty, largely by using excessive state funds to purchase beauty products. For example, a popular uprising can be averted by donning perfume. Ring any bells?.Michael G..Version: 1.0
