✓ Notifications are obnoxiousI haven't been able to practice in a few days and since, it's been BOMBARDING my phone with notifications, even after turning them off in the app. Sending me a reminder every 3 minutes does NOT make me want to use your app!.Version: 2.3.13

✓ Fair but needs some fixesI asked customer support why I could not change the speed of the woman's voice after I set it at the start of using this app. After awhile I realized she was saying the words way too fast and I needed it slowed down but there is nowhere to change it..Version: 2.6.0
✓ Stopped workingI was all ready to give this app 5 stars as it’s a fun app, easy to use and I was learning the language quite easily (which was new to me as I’ve tried learning this language before and not gotten very far). However, now the app won’t work. Any time I go to play a level it’s constantly loading and never gets working again so I can’t use the app now, which is a shame. If you could get the app working again I’d be all for it but this has been going on for about a month now. Upset I can’t use it as I was really enjoying it..Version: 2.3.2
✓ Read the cost involved well + No daily lessonI did not read the price description. I thought it was lifetime, not yearly. How do I cancel? Hoping this will reach developer. Link in App Store to contact developer is only a landing page. I used it the first day I signed up & not since. When the bill came, I should have canceled as soon as I saw my error. I kept procrastinating dealing with this but it’s too annoying to continue I have no use for it at that price. In duo lingo, there is a beginning and end of the day’s lesson. ✓ AdsI got the app and started using it in a trial basic and quickly grew fond of it. After subscribing for a year I the app still had ads which is ridiculous. Why would anyone want to see ads when you are paying for something..Version: 2.3.12
✓ I got scammed!!!After a free trail period ended. When I opened the app it said I can try a free week trial!! It said it big bold letters free trial for a week if I click and it said it will be 4$ per month or $53 per month. But it said free trail for a week!!! So I clicked I got charged right away for the entire year!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I tried contacting them and there’s no way to contact them. ✓ Not what I expectedThe ads a got for this we’re talking about how I could learn languages (plural) but when I downloaded the app, the only option was Spanish. I really wish you could add french because I have to take it at school and I take longer to learn and memorize it than others. I know it’s very difficult to make a language app as there are so many words, it feels endless. But I really hope you consider adding it since this is one out of two free language apps I could find..Version: 2.3.10

✓ It is the worst game I’ve played in historyI started playing one sunny morning it was a beautiful day I had opened up a few parcels not from the game I realised I was watching YouTube and found it I paused and thought I always wanted to Learn another language so I downloaded it a few minutes later I go into the game firstly it said sorry this game doesn’t take losers who can’t speak other languages also you should put more options cause a load of people already know Spanish you could have French Italian and Spanish not just Spanish so I clicked on learn and it said no WiFi so I went out and saw I had perfect WiFi so that when I had to write this to tell everybody it’s pathetic weird and awful I hate it even more than some other games I hate I hope you can fix it I’ll will still play till may to see if you can fix it but if not I will write loads more reports until it is fixed not happy very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very disappointed 😔 ☹️ 😞 from jumping jelly bean.Version: 2.3.1

✓ Cute app but BEWARE OF FREE TRIALI recently downloaded the app and it seems ok but when I opened it today I was met with an offer for a free week trial of the parla up. When I clicked on the offer I was immediately charged for a year of service and am now frantically trying to get that reversed. Unexpected immediate charges like that feel like a scam move and make me weary of trusting the company. I have contacted them about a refund and hope to hear back. I’m still unsure about the app but if using the free version is helpful for language learning and they resolve this issue I’ll update this to reflect that to be fair to them, but beware of the free trial bc you may be charged for a year of service immediately! Update: clicking on app support brings you to a page directing you to download the app..Version: 3.4.12

✓ Needs some workI was very keen to use and enjoy this app, but unfortunately there are too many issues with it for it to be successful. The language tests seem good, but unfortunately it is impossible to complete them accurately as many of the words you need are covered up by the ‘check’ button..Version: 2.3.10

✓ Good app but comes with plenty of bugsI used to use this app a lot. Like multiple times a day. I bought the year long subscription but after an update, I started getting ads and running out of “power” like I had never bought it. I’m definitely not going to pay for 2 years just to get the one I already bought. Also, I’m trying to learn Spanish but I keep getting notifications in Russian... I’ve tried messaging the support for the app but it will never send the message. It says something about a send error. If the fix the bugs I will go back to spending money and using it daily.
