✓ Half hearted effort for an appThe tagline is Rugby explorer delivers rugby from all sides. However it doesn’t provide any details (not even fixtures or results) for Six Nations, the premier international competition apart from RWC and which has been followed by Australian rugby fans as long as they have been rugby fans. Also why Is it not possible to remove teams from one’s choices?.Version: 3.82
✓ No very goodTrying to unselect the default teams (Wallabies etc). I will never watch the Wallabies play ever again, so I don’t need to know anything about them. Developer feedback says to unselect default teams and save. There is no way to unselect and save..Version: 2.7
✓ Worst app everI downloaded the app and use it for a day,the next day I try going in it give me a blank screen and doesn’t do anything!I then have to delete the app and install it again and it works for that day if I’m lucky. ✓ App prone to crashingApp is fine to use (albeit a bit clunky) but the big issue is you can only use the app once before it crashes. As soon as you open another app and then go back to Xplorer you are met with a white screen and have to reset the app before it will work. The other issue is there is no live refresh of scores. You have to look at another competition and then come back to get a refresh..Version: 3.91

✓ Constant issuesAt the start every season there seems to be issues with not being able log in, or bring up your team or competition. Players constantly having issues registering and inconsistencies with fee etc. Match day is a joke. We have just finished our regular season and starting our senior women’s 7’s comp. Registered as a coach for the the 7’s Comp through Xplorer. Tried numerous times to get the 7’s comp on Match Day so I can load players and scores. Does not give me this option. So frustrating especially when it is a requirement that teams and scores are longed. Needs to be better..Version: 3.7

✓ Absolutely useless for following Rugby scoresWhat can I say but don’t waste your time on this. The backend data is a mess and the competitions and scores are way out of date. Results appear and disappear at will even while the game is actually still going! I select my team and see last years completed season but not last weeks! Only thing that is up to date is the Ladder. ✓ Can’t switch between Matchday and Xplorer appsWill not switch between Xplorer and Matchday app and vice versa. E.g. if I am running Matchday but want to switch to Xplorer, all I get is the blue title screen which then hangs. The only way to resolve is to shut down device and restart to access the app once you have started the other. This occurs both on iPhone and iPad, both running iOS 12.2..Version: 2.6

✓ Not sure where to start or finishI’m not sure who is doing your UX but I find it hard to believe this has been signed off by anyone that has been involved at a grassroots club level. I struggle to accept that we are expected to administer game results through this app with no alternative...we are forced to use it. I can’t even see the team names of our 3 under 11’s teams because their name is cut off. So how about you get the basics right before releasing updates that mean nothing to the people who use the app for club rugby and can’t even find their team. I am the registrar for a club of over 500 junior players and almost 100 junior volunteers. I have encouraged them all to call your help line with their issues, but they call the club committee instead. The release of this half baked app by RugbyAU was disrespectful to the grassroots volunteers and its members. Just put the effort into getting the simple stuff right..Version: 2.7
