✓ Pay foreverI was excited to see a new sequencer, so I downloaded and tried it out. I saw the unlock all features button, so I clicked to see how much it would cost to buy it. To my horror, I learned you can’t buy it, you can only pay every month for eternity. Which sounds better, pay once, or pay monthly forever?.Version: 2.0.1
✓ Has potential, but issues on older iPad (iOS 9.3.5)I'm a fan of RemixLive and this app has the full potential for more beat making fun, but unfortunately it has a few issues on my iPad 2 (iOS 9.3.5) which makes it unusable :-( I'm unable to download any packs (on free week subscription), clicking on a pack of slide left - download does nothing. So I only have 2 packs to play with. When I click play it plays, but then I'm unable to stop, or do anything, I have to kill the app and restart :-( The same for record, I'm unable to do anything. Finally, I headed to the support pages on mix vibes website to find no beat snap support section, recommend you give support for the app. Appreciate it may work fine on later iOS versions and is a great fun app for beat making, but for those of us on earlier iPads, this app does not work. Hopefully gets resolved with an update :-).Version: 1.2.0

✓ Battery drainThe functions are good. But it drained battery like crazy. It kept draining the battery in the background, even after I turned off the “background app refresh” button in the setting. I had to uninstall it, unfortunately..Version: 2.1.2
✓ I get it but the model isn’t what I’m looking forNot a bad app for someone looking for a pay weekly model but I don’t think I’d use it enough to pay a weekly sub. It’s an app I’d pick up and enjoy every now and then but that doesn’t warrant the subscription price. Other than that this is a quality app and so is Remixlive.Version: 2.1.1

✓ Record Functionality is BrokenCool app idea, especially when paired with the other music apps in the same "family".. However, the pay wall is way too steep- and I have a creeping suspicion that the "broken" record feature is intended to be unlocked with that same premium subscription. Such a shame, you guys could be raking in some serious dough if you made some stringent changes to the current "cash grab" subscription model in place.. As a note, I create content on a daily basis using my iphone and a select few editing apps (Videoleap, Voloco, Werble, etc), all of which I have gladly paid for. ✓ Can’t play the game!I really liked this game but, after a little bit of playing it it would not let me in the app. No updates were needed, I tried deleting the app and downloading it again. ✓ HorribleThis game has no good beat for music and making songs so if you want to play beats while singing a song that you made and I don’t really recommend because all of them are SO FLIPPING EXPENSIVE UHHHHHHHH ! Warning don’t get this very bad app.Version: 2.2.2
✓ Why!?Why is there even a cost to this? Good sounds but like fr why?! Especially a subscription based one xD like either make like a .99$ one time purchase or just add in ads xD like 150$ a year? ✓ Premade loops only?Could not find a way to actually play the instrument sounds, seems you only mix and match loops. This was not clear in the app description. The sounds are quality, it’s a shame you can’t actually compose your own musical phrases with them. However, if this were to be added, I think the beautiful xy pad design on the delay effect would be the perfect interface for playing individual notes, x being pitch mapped to a chosen key/scale and y being velocity or some other effect.Version: 1.0

Also this is one of the worst music making apps. For double the price you can get The most powerful DAW in the world, Pro Tools. This app is like karaoke for music making. ✓ Very PoorThe App hasn’t been updated in over a year and the makers no longer maintain a Twitter presence etc. The app is exceedingly buggy on the latest version of IOS. Sometimes sounds play sometimes they don’t, sometimes sounds load, sometimes they don’t. All music is roughly 4 bars in length of various different types. There is no way of manipulating these sounds. There is a record feature but it’s weak and badly designed. The price charged is utterly ridiculous for the basic set of features this app has. Equally the poor music quality and basic beats of the ‘paid’ for material is shocking, Placing a block on a grid and playing a drum or hi hat doesn’t magically materialise a good beat maker. This is a lazy, badly designed piece of software that the developers don’t care enough about to update or maintain. There is no current information on any social platforms. I suggest you treat it equally dismissively. If they can’t be bothered why should you be. Avoid..Version: 2.2.2
