✓ Radar Function Very GlitchyThe past 6 months the whole app and especially the radar map function is very glitchly. I have to close the app multiple times before it starts to work correctly. The radar often doesn’t show up or when it does it flashes on and off quickly making it difficult to use. I use the app all the time, but I’m tired of the app not working correctly. I’m using the Weather Channel app until they fix the issues!.Version: 5.10.500
✓ It maybe my phoneThe temperature comes up quickly but the videos take several minutes to load. I used to keep the weather page up from the website continuously and just refresh and that happened pretty quickly, some days I think about doing that again but some days I am happy with the app..Version: 5.4.910
✓ Needs improvementThe app needs some serious updating. It’s too “busy” and not easy to view basic weather notifications. Plus i can never view the videos. I do appreciate the alerts but if you click on it its not viewable..Version: 4.10.2100
✓ Meaningless alerts all hours of the night and dayI have adjusted the alert settings in the app on all of our devices, to allow for only severe thunderstorm, tornado & flooding alerts. We continue to be awakened at all hours of the night by non-severe weather updates and “cooler weather for today”, type alerts. I’ve seen several comments stating that “this app can save lives”, but that only works if you don’t annoy people into turning off their alerts, phone, or altogether deleting the app as we will be doing now..Version: 5.8.500

✓ UpdateI had avoided the new update a few months back because it is not user friendly and doesn’t show wind speeds and such on the map. Somehow the app got updated anyway without my help and is now no use to me. When something g is working perfectly why mess it up? Will be deleting🤦♀️.Version: 4.10.2700

✓ Audio Quality below parI enjoy using the app for local weather forecasts - probably the most accurate for my area. The only issue I’ve found with the app is that in every single video that is posted with sound (many are not), the audio breaks up and you can’t hear what the forecasters are saying. The sound gets choppy at points and you just miss what they are saying. I’ve stopped watching the videos because it gets frustrating. Probably need to look into a new microphone or sound card..Version: 5.6.500

✓ Videos Poor quality alwaysI am glad this review screen popped up. Every time I touch the arrow to watch a weather video, the video sound cuts in and out, freezes, starts & stops, I can never hear the complete forecast. I used to think it was my phone, so I try watching it a second and a third time, but it does exactly the same thing each time. This happens every time. I wish your tech dept could get this corrected..Version: 5.2.302
✓ OkMoved to Bulverde, TX from Blue Springs, MO. I first used this on my iPhone 8 and it works nicely. Wish you could move areas around(example forecast near the top). Look at Accu Weather or Weather Bug. Like to make the app more personal for my needs..Version: 4.10.1400
✓ WeatherI hate the way it is set up. It has two of the same info. The bottom one says you are currently watching the top one so what you see if only small cause I can’t get rid of the bottom info. I generally go to KBTX news and there go to the weather. At least it is full screen and I get the info I want..Version: 5.4.940
✓ Non-responsive and laggy at times.Good app as long as it doesn't start lagging or become unresponsive. Like a lot of apps there is no indication or a problem message why lag or freezing is happening. I have plenty of memory and storage for the app to operate..Version: 5.3.400
