I used it to book 📚 my vacation, and also used the texting thing to text the staff for stuff like towels, and others! I also got to know about show times, activities for the kids, and I also used the map when I just arrived! Well sorta off topic, but the water 💧 parks were AWESOME 😎 and AMAZING 😉!!!!! ✗ VacationSo far, the app has only proved to be a money making service promoting upgrades when we have already not gotten what we paid for and had to intensely ask for the most basic of services. Our room was ready 1.5 hours after check-in. We were told to just go to the water park after we drove 14+ hours with a 5 year old in the car. Meals have to be purchased in your package or added as an upgrade and if you don’t do these things, it’s expensive and not worth it. We were given a meal voucher for breakfast after asking for a set time when our room would be ready and were never explained to how it works. We were sat for breakfast when trying to use it and then were ignored for the first 20 minutes until we asked for a server to come. Other tables around had poor service as well. People sitting for 30+ minutes to pay and leave as well as waiting for drinks upon arrival. Even then, for us, the voucher was not explained clearly. We have never had to complain just to get basic services before and have not had the best stay so far. It is crowded and the employees present with a lack of care. For the amount of money we paid to have a great vacation, this is not it and at this point, we won’t return. (Location: Wis. Dells, Wisconsin).HmpkolVersion: 3.4.1
