✓ Was good until…This was a go to app to help me improve my football with all the good drills and new updates and free plans. But now unfortunately you can’t find any free plans that is easy to use it’s all just the same stuff that’s free and nothing new to learn. Furthermore, after two months of no response from Diana or the Train Effective team, it is evident that their customer service and support is severely lacking. The lack of communication and failure to address my concerns in a timely manner is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Train Effective as a subscription service. It is essential to be aware of the potential for unauthorized charges and the possibility of encountering difficulties when seeking assistance or resolving issues. I sincerely hope that Train Effective takes immediate action to rectify this matter, provide a prompt refund, and improve their customer support processes. As a paying customer, I expected better service and transparency. ✓ Gotten worseThe app was better before the UI update, the new UI update cause it to crash a lot and i struggle to load up the training as it just shows as blank boxes.
