Being a parent is one of the most fulfilling jobs in the entire world, but it’s not without its struggles. Especially if you have a baby or toddler who ALWAYS has to be held in order to stay asleep. We started researching Solfeggio Scale Sympathetic Resonance tones, these are sound tones that have been scientifically proven to mimic specific brain waves to promote sleep, well-being and relaxation. Out of the 6 tested tones, we found that 3 of them produced the best results when tested with our own children. My daughter went from waking up within 10 minutes of me putting her down, to being able to sleep on her own for anywhere from 2-4 hours at a time.

The three tones featured in the app are the OM, Earth and Love tones vibrating at 136Hz, 432Hz and 528Hz respectively:
