✓ You NEED this!Any of the bad reviews are clearly from people that aren't tech savvy whatsoever. I've been using Tracki for about a year now and it's AMAZING. For a very small fee of $20/month you get live accurate tracking! I purchased the battery pack extension so the device lasts about 1-2 months which Is mind blowing. Tracki has given me complete peace of mind and I couldn't be more grateful. Also, the customer service is absolutely perfect. Not going to lie, I expected customer service to be horrible but I was wrong. I've had to call them twice for minor issue and they answered right away and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!.Version: 3.0.28
✓ Rating for customer supportI have just started setting up the app and using the device so I can’t rate those yet, but customer service has been responsive. When setting up the device I did so on a computer and there was some lag time when initializing the phone app. Jared was responsive and helped me through those issues.
