✓ Great app but…..It’s a great app. It’s like Instagram but you can use the pics and videos. My issue is that I can’t upload any videos. I paid for the subscription and was given 1 credit to upload 1 video. 2 weeks later the video is still “uploading.” I messaged customer support a week ago and have yet to hear back. ✓ App barely worksI’ll try to create a video or try to select some pictures and it just straight up crashes on me. If not it won’t even let you upload anything nor does it let you click on sending invites to people to get a template to create. This app has to many bugs and problems to try and charge people and doesn’t seem like there’s any support or solution coming. ✓ What happened?I love piñata farms and have had lots of fun making some funny videos with the heads of all the guys from work but I’ve been busy last few weeks and haven’t been able to open the app. Recently i had some time and wanted to make some funny videos but now the whole format has changed and is nothing like how it was before. I see some changes that seem useful but some of the changes from the old format are horrible and it’s very hard to make a video. Please bring back the old format. Just by reading some of the recent reviews i see that a lot of people feel the same way. It was so easy to choose a video then click on the face in the video and right away all the options were right there to chose what face u wanted then if u wanted to edit that face after u added it all you needed to do was click on it in the video then choose edit and all the options were right there. It is nothing like that now. I made lots of piñatas in the past and was able to fly right through making them but now i don’t even want to use the app because it is just so complicated to use. The app is entertaining, borderline addictive. Would be so much better by making it easier to upload videos. ✓ Constant decline!I’ve been using this app for well over a year! It started out fun and amazing! Unfortunately with every update it gets worse, they don’t listen to feedback from their users and keep going down an unfortunate path of removing features that are wanted and now they’re asking for money to even use the app that doesn’t contain the features you want! Today I had a conversation with an employee that wouldn’t relinquish their name about how I’m not able to even use their product and their response was basically “we’re only going to allow unpaid users to make three videos before they have to purchase the product” why on earth would I purchase something that gets worse every update? Just provide your phone number so so we can send you a text. Why? You, my fellow iOS user are the product. Look at all the one star reviews! If someone is promising you something for free - ask yourself why? Before they give you anything, they are asking you for your data. Why would a meme maker need birthday and your phone number? There is zero legitimate reason for this other than to sell your number and birthdate to interested parties. Once you start building memes, they can then collate other data you put in with your name and number and now they know your age. They will know the names of your friends and your inside jokes, political interests, etc. No meme is worth giving these insights to unknown entities.
