A dying artist is trying to finish one last project. But there is a problem - he can’t remember what it is, or how to create it.

You find yourself in a cluttered and disjointed house, with mementos of a life scattered in disarray. You are in his dreams. You begin your journey with a mystery, how do you help this man remember? How can you assist him in reconnecting memories with the goal of helping him finish his last project, a gift for his infant granddaughter?

As you explore his memories and move deeper into a confused life, his thoughts slowly untangle and he begins to make connections.

ZED is a beautiful first-person narrative adventure with simple, straightforward puzzles. Exploring allows you to move deeper into a highly detailed series of dream worlds, places to examine a man's imperfect life and in the process maybe discover a little about your own.

✓ A nice game, a probable mild PG-13 if a movieYou go around collecting memories of an old man, and some are interesting, you can read about them in the journal (J key toggles), some are things like a cigarette pack, etc. Most memories seem to be positive, more than the negative ones. There is occasional swearing, and the person talks about a life that was not "note worthy" sometimes. Still, I recommend it. It never has crashed on a 2020 Mac with video card, and it rarely has trouble starting. It is worth $15.00? Probably. Definately easier than Obduction, also by Cyan company..HippocampcVersion: 1.0

✓ A great break from the usualI love the scenery and the tasks. This is a huge break from the typical adventure game. I'm not even sure if it's actually a game, but I will play it again. You really don't need to pay much attention to the dialogue, but it's unusual enough that I want to play it again and pay more attention to what is being said. ✗ Horrible disappointment.This from Cyan? I was really wanting to see Myst... or Riven... instead, this is a COMPLETELY pointless two hour wander-and-click. What puzzles there are are all alike, are solvable in seconds (without use of brain cells), and walk around and squeak the stuffed animals.
