✓ Traveling QmapI found this app close to 3 weeks ago and it’s been amazing!!! I applied and submitted all my documents and they got back to me the next day! Everything is super fast and easy! I started working a week after i applied. I love it because I get to chose when and where to work. Best app ever! And every where I work they talk great things about KARE!!! ✓ Just going to keep it real .I LOVE THIS APP ! Hiring process is lengthy & drags lol .. HOWEVER , it is not the app that is bad . It’s the nursing homes .. a lot of them (depending on where you live) are ran down & bad . Always short staffed (which is nothing new) . A lot of places will let you know if there’s Covid in the building , however I’ve worked at some that failed to mention it . They did provide PPE so it’s really not a biggie at all to me . Really the app itself I LOVE IT , working when I want to is always the best option for me. Especially with having 3 little ones . The pay is great to me , especially the bonuses . Who doesn’t love bonuses ?? Also going to different nursing homes , meeting new people is always good . If you like to work when YOU want . Then this is an app for you.Version: 1.4.71
✓ Easy PeasyUsing other apps with the same concept, by far the KARE Heroes app is the easiest to use in my opinion. I like how I can go in and interact with the facilities through the messenger tab, and the more information tab gives the option to read the details about the facility as far as uniform color preference. My favorite and I do mean favorite aspect about this app is NO NEED for a timesheet to fill out. This app does all of that for you. The friendly reminders are very helpful as well..Version: 1.4.79

✓ My Go toI love the app, I love the company itself! Every since I’ve started working with Kare I haven’t had any problems. I love the fact I can get next day pay and is able to pick up wen I want. I’ve been to different facilities throughout DFW area and it’s very convenient. It picks up ur location where you are and give you jobs that’s with in your travel distance. ✓ Current heroI’m working in Michigan and have been with Kare Heros for I believe a year now. Whenever I have an issue or questions to ask they are always a phone call away. I love that they clock you in when you arrive to the facility, because a few agencies I’ve worked with I had issues clocking in. They post everyday and will remind you about your shift the day before and day of which I great. When you put in for a shift they usually reply in a minutes, at lease for me they have. I love working for Kare they don’t harass you like some companies plus they always ask how your might or day was after completing to shift. ✓ CNAKARE does care about their employees. Recently I just had my 1st experience in working with a facility thru them. The facility and staff were phenomenal! Highly impressed with incentives and the rate of pay that’s offered. People complain about rate of pay but this agency has different levels of pay for whether or not you’re licensed. Good way to earn extra money, however still haven’t gotten paid the next day or when I leave shift because of the not knowing ur star rating from facility can be frustrating when anticipating the bonus. ✓ One of the best!!!I was a little hesitant at first with everything being through the app and the higher ‘requirements’ for being a hero BUT Kare is literally one of the best!!! ✓ Great company!After a few weeks of hesitation, I finally picked up a shift with KARE and It was a breeze!!! The facility accepted me for the shift fairly quick. The facility was super nice and the staff was extremely welcoming! I was originally booked for a double but was sick and had to cancel my 2nd shift. Both the facility and the KARE agent walked me through the cancellation of the shift and were very professional and helpful. If you’re having any doubts about KARE, please give them a try!
